Extremely unpleasant experience. Collection and delivery took approximately two weeks, with repeated delays and rearrangements. I received over 40 payment demands by text and email, often several in one evening, alongside contradictory information.

The worst part was the delivery. One courier behaved aggressively and confrontationally, repeatedly ringing and hitting my intercom, demanding I come downstairs and complaining that he was cold and the wardrobe was heavy. I felt so intimidated that I refused to meet him in person.

Despite explaining my concerns to the office, the pressure continued. Even while I was checking the wardrobe and making payment, the couriers repeatedly called my mobile and rang my intercom.

The wardrobe was eventually left downstairs, leaving me to arrange moving it to my flat. I paid in full, but the entire experience was stressful, intimidating and completely unnecessary. Appalling customer service. I would never use this company again.

⭐ 1 Star – Unreliable and Frustrating Service

Having recently moved home, I’ve ordered a considerable amount of antique furniture, much of which has been delivered by Proovia Couriers.

Unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. Live tracking rarely works, delivery windows are wildly inaccurate, and the number of reported van breakdowns is becoming rather difficult to believe.

I’ve contacted customer services by both text and telephone, but they seem to have no more information about deliveries than I do. Not particularly helpful or reassuring.

Constant delays, poor communication and unreliable tracking make the entire experience unnecessarily frustrating.

A thoroughly disappointing service that I certainly wouldn’t recommend.

On a delivery I booked with this company in September the item arrived damaged (not unusual for Proovia) despite being packaged up well and very clearly marked as fragile. The claims process is poor, very lacking and slow and in my experience compensation usually falls very short when things goes wrong, resulting in financial loss to my company time and time again. I am still waiting for agreed compensation for the last damaged item.

On the last collection from the company the drivers were unnecessarily rude and dismissive when I was trying to help them and as English is not their first language, trying to be understood is also a challenge. They then proceeded to drive over flowers and plants in my garden border when leaving my property.
