Today, we operate from a massive warehouse and office, employing 160 dedicated staff members and utilizing over 60 vans to serve customers daily.
We specialize in courier services, focusing primarily on furniture transportation, including wardrobes, chairs, sofas, desks, tables, and sideboards. Additionally, our expert couriers are trained to handle motorcycles, pianos, and sports equipment. Proovia proudly serves local shops, auction houses, and residents, collecting and delivering items all across the UK.

Communication great
Communication great , furniture delivered in good condition and on time. I asked if delivery date could be moved as we were away for 2 days and the change was made immediately. Very reasonable price. Would use again.

Efficient, friendly service at a reasonable price.
An efficient service moving a couple of pieces of furniture, for a very reasonable price.
Listed as Goodfellas on the Shiply website (not Proovia) so was somewhat disorientating, but they got the job done.

Good delivery, suspicious delivery drivers
Delivery was all OK and the motorcycle arrived with no damage, however, when the delivery drivers showed up with the bike they stated that they didn't have ramps to get the bike down. They then asked my mother, who was on her own at the time, if she could have a look around the garage to find something to help get it out of the van, the guy quickly came into my garage and had a good look around. As soon as I came out to help lift the bike out, a pair of ramps magically appeared from the van? After that, the bike came out with no issues and they left. Other than the nosing around of the garage, which does raise some alarm bells, the delivery was fine and all the other steps leading to pickup and deliver were smooth and easy. Overall good experience but the drivers suspicious actions were a little strange and my mother is now paranoid someone will break into our garage. If they do, at least she knows where to send the police.

The driver was rude on the phone whilst…
The driver was rude on the phone whilst i was telling him where my house was he hung up. Then rude to my girlfriend on delivery, tutting and blowing air through his teeth.

Collection and delivery all fine, correct addresses and on time
One star dropped as the automatic computer sent persistent reminders but didnt listen to my replies
But a real live person was backup - so all worked perfectly
