ProCook - Cheshire Arvostelua

I recently changed to an induction hob and needed new pans. Libby came to assist me as soon as I walked into the shop. She answered all my queries in a friendly manner, offered advice on the different Procook range of pans, and how they should be used. I bought a professional stainless steel frying pan with confidence and have been very pleased with it so far. I will be returning to buy more in the near future.

Lovely display of all the pro cook wear and a very helpful member of staff.
We fully recommend this shop and will definitely buy more items in the future.

Helpful & very efficient. Great, product, service and staff.

Really good quality pan insert for poaching eggs. The surface and coating of the small dish inserts means that only the smallest amount of spray oil is required to ensure that the eggs don't stick. The product is easy to clean and store and I would definitely recommend this product

Great products and excellent personal service 👏

Great customer service. Answered all our questions we had about the products we were buying.

The shop assistant was very knowledgeable and couldn't do more to help.

Product purchased seems good so far

Visited Pro cook on Tuesday and was helped by a wonderful representative called Libby.
We purchased, pan set, professional knife set & other kitchen utensils.
Libby took the time to demonstrate all the different knife set, so we could make an informed decision on what suited us best. The same with the pans and other purchases.
Libby was incredibly knowledgeable of all Pro cook products, there was no hard sell and she ensured everything we chose was our decision after she explained all pro's and Con's.
Libby is an absolute asset to Pro Cook. She provided an excellent customer experience, she is patient and it's clear she is passionate about what she does. Can't thank her enough and ass such will be recommending Pro Cook and to seek Libby to all my fruends and family.

Visited Cheshire Oaks shop. Staff were really professional. Very pleased with my new frying pan

I purchased the granite pans as I wanted non-toxic, the sales lady in the shop was fabulous and really knew her stuff! She also stayed past closing as it was just before 8pm when I actually bit the bullet and made the purchase. Everyone that's used them so far in the home has commented on them, "they're really good", "they heat up really quickly compared to the old ones" and my favourite "these pans are ace Mum! I didnt even need oil to fry that egg!"
100% the best pan purchase EVER- so would definitely recommend. 👌🏻👍🏻

Great service from the ladies in store. Advice was good and we got the perfect product.
