The staff was very attentive. Even attended me a bit early as I arrived earlier for my appointment. Results sent promptly and efficiently.

Quick, easy and everything as per the website
I needed a lateral flow test within 1 day of flying to the USA. I picked the on-site testing option as there was a laboratory close to me. Registration was easy online. Went to the laboratory, they double checked my passport details and proceeded with the test.
Everything was quick, easy, informative and results as per website and the staff. Results sent to email within 20 minutes.

An excellent experience.
The premises were well signed outside and were calming inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The test area and experience was very comfortable and the result were delivered very quickly. A very good experience overall. Another bonus is the proximity to the major railway stations - especially St Pancras & Kings Cross. Less than 5 minutes walk to both.

Quick and easy.
My appointment was on time, literally took less than a minute and the results were emailed to myself, as promised, within 15 minutes. The clinic was easy to find, close to Euston and St Pancreas stations. I had the antigen test which involved just a nasal swab.

Horrendous
Tests were very slow.
Took ages to get orchestra through, meaning session didn’t start on time.
Also, the 20mins wait time for the results actually took 100mins (in my case) for the email to come through, which was 75mins after the start of the session time.
Worse still, because of the delayed start time, we were told by the test administrator to go inside and start the session, and she would pull us out if we were positive. Pretty stupid if we were positive and already infecting others.
All in all, very shoddy!

Thank you for sharing your experience and bringing these issues to our attention. We understand how frustrating it can be when things do not go to plan, especially when relying on a service. It seems that there was possibly an issue with your email address, which led to a delay in results being sent out. Please be assured that this is an isolated incident and your comments will be passed onto the relevant teams who will look further into this situation to ensure this does not happen again.
If you would like to share any more information about your experience, please feel free to get in touch with us at info@londonmedicallaboratory.co.uk.
