The staff was very attentive. Even attended me a bit early as I arrived earlier for my appointment. Results sent promptly and efficiently.

Quick, easy & efficient
We have a new senior colleague who is based in the USA and visits our London office once a month. In order for her to fly back to the USA, she requires a fit-to-fly certificate, which I book with PCT to be taken in person at a local pharmacy round the corner from our office for a small extra fee. She pops by the pharmacy during the morning of the day before her flight, the staff conduct a quick test and email the certificate to her later that day. Quick, easy & efficient process and my only point of comment is the fact that PCT does not send out an invoice for my expenses, which I then need to chase manually over the phone.

Hi Philip, we are thrilled to hear that you and your colleague had an easy, seamless experience. Currently, invoices are sent out when specifically requested by customers as they are not required by everyone. We are constantly reviewing our processes and will take on board your valuable feedback. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a 5 star review - we are incredibly grateful!
Wishing you the best in health,
