Principle Estate Management Arvostelua

Rachel was a really great contact during my tenancy. Whenever I needed to fix something, things were really quickly resolved.

As we moved into southside Steve was really helpfully. Helping us to navigate the city with local supermarkets and how the site works with post and other stuff

Great service from Steve Till at southside

Steve and the team at southside are nothing shy of brilliant. Always on hand to help and make you comfortable with any issues you may face or come across

Thank you for helping me sort my finances out was a good service and helped me understand the invoicing
Rachel

My experience with Ross and Courtney Reid has been amazing. Great communication, very professional and overall a smooth journey.
Thank you so much to both of you we will be happy here in our forever home

Ross... he saved my life 😆. Actually this agen brought me to a few properties to meet my preferences and expectations even from beginning we arranged only one viewing. I'm very satisfied with this experience. Later all documents and some small problems after moving, agency sorted out immediately. If in a future I'll need to relocate, definitely this agency will be the first, where I'll ask for help. Thank you 😊

While at Southside I received a really friendly welcome from Steve

I would just like to take the time to pass on my thanks and appreciation to Brogan in the estates management team who has been incredible in helping us process information and access info regarding some work we are helping out with. She has been so efficient, kind and accurate. A credit to your team and business. Thankyou Brogan!

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Ross, Courtney, and also Rachel for all of your support in helping me find a house where I can start a fresh chapter in my life. Your kindness, patience, and encouragement throughout the process have meant more to me than words can express. I'm truly grateful for everything you've done, and I couldn't have done it without your help.

Thank you for helping make this new beginning possible.

Awful company, worst then the last who were terrible!

Add extra charges to maintenance bill without being done. Also extra charges not related to the building.

Dont listen to concerns. Has been break ins to the building and nothing improved regarding safety issues.

Dont complete maintenance jobs, leave the building unsafe and broken main doors and gates broken for over 3 years.

Would highly avoid. All they care about is money and not about residents or their safety.

I was working at Southside and didnt know the place at all as it was my first time i had ever visited. There was a really warm welcome from a guy called Steve.
Helped me loads with getting around the area. Full of knowledge of the site and local area.
Never caught his surname but genuinely helpful and made my life so much easier.
Thanks

Very friendly welcome from Steve great guy very helpful

while at Southside i received a really friendly welcome from Steve and he was very helpfully as it was my first time working there i felt so comfortable and had a lovely experience

Steve at southside is always friendly and helpful. 5 stars all round!

Prompt and professional services. Nice experience working with Aliyah and Stacy.

Its great to have jemma and antonio looking after our building. They are super helpful and respond quickly when there's a problem. We're very thankful for their hard work.

Sophie and the team are super responsive to any issues that came up(if any) and super accommodating to me for my whole stay. The location is perfect for me, near work and uni and not far from the train station, i really can’t complain.
The flat itself is spacious, more than enough for me and my girlfriend when she stays over too :)

I have viewed a property with Ross and now I will be moving in. Courtney has dealt with paperwork. Communication and service has been good. Both are friendly and helpful.
