Glad to see the back of them, nothing but a bunch of con men and women.6 years of constant excuses lies and broken promises. Made a nice affordable complex an expensive dump. Every year the fee goes up and their absolutely pathetic service goes down. The cleaner is a joke total waste of time so is the apparent window cleaner. Took 7 months to get a dangerous paving slab fixed and was only fixed once my elderly father in law tripped on it and threatened them with legal action. Even then the idiots they hired took 3 attempts to do it right and has already started to come lose yet again. Had years and years of useless property managers taking over from eachother and some how being more useless than the one before although the most useless of them all by a massive margin was Sarah Jane Templeman . A company that genuinely couldn't care less about the property they 'manage' (using that term very loosely) or the people that live in there. For years they tried telling us we were the only ones with issues with them yet we have recently found out it was never the case with pretty much everyone who actually owns their flat sick to death of them too. Something you can clearly see in the real reviews where they are given 1 star and not the fake clearly done by staff members or family ones. A truly horrible company who I hope I never have to deal with ever again. As for your pathetic response you didn't just let us down on this occasion you let us down the whole time you had the property. A real mystery to me how you are allowed to continue to call yourselves a management company. Good riddance and I pity the poor people still unlucky enough to have you

Brilliant from the start, applied for a viewing and Ross was on the phone in a hour to arrange something! Ross was always on the phone answering all my silly little questions and helping me get the support I needed, Ross and Courtney went above and beyond and me and my little girl are now settling in to our new home thank you all. Will be recommending principle estate management to friends and family

We own 2 apartments in a building managed by this company, so far I can say the team onsite provide a great service. They run security patrols, ensure the common areas are clean and tend to needs quickly. The concierge team are professional and helpful. Steve in particular has helped us navigate settling into the building by providing useful information and general assistance when required. We have been happy overall.

Sophie and Steve at Bristol Street, Birmingham City Centre are so lovely and kind.

My sister stayed at Bristol Street for 2 years and I moved into her exact room for 1 year after she moved out. They were happy to accommodate this request of mine immediately and have been nothing short of helpful and kind to me during my stay.

Dreadful. Seemingly incapable of providing copy invoices that have been applied to our account. No responses to multiple email requests. We have just found out that the freeholder of our building have just terminated their contract as managing agents. No surprise there!

We have been working on a re-roofing scheme on behalf of Principle Estates - They have been exceptionally easy to deal with and payment was made on time every time which is fantastic. Tanya in the purchasing team was one of the most helpful people we have ever dealt with when it came to addressing a few items related to invoicing and being onboarded as a supplier.

From the first contact with Ross he was polite, friendly, and informative then we met him for the first time at the viewing and he couldn’t have been more helpful. When we phoned him with questions he always responded and advised us all the way. At the property today he still couldn’t do enough for us. Ross welcomed us warmly and gave us a detailed tour of the house, explaining everything clearly. He helped with communication with the owner and kept us updated with all the details regarding the moving date.

I've rented my flat with Principle Estate Management for years and it has been an amazing experience. Rachel Morton was my letting agent throughout my tenancy. She has been very responsive, helpful, understanding and professional the whole time. Rachel is the main reason for this 5/5 review. Highly recommend!

As a tenant at Southside, I find Steve, the manager, always helpful, polite, and respectful towards me and my family.

Stacey was very quick to respond to my query, and extremely flexible and understanding in reaching an agreement that is reasonable for all parties. Sometimes management firms can be quite rigid and leave you feeling a bit like a number rather an a person - Stacey ensured this is not the case with Principle in my experience.

The worst people I've ever had to deal with.

I've lived in my flat for 4 years, and I've spent most of that time chasing them to do the most basic parts of their job. We've gone months without the communal areas being cleaned, weeds left overgrown, walls left damaged, yet our service charges keep going up every year with nothing to show for it. They even claim they carry out monthly maintenance while the place was clearly being neglected.

The biggest issue has been the £65,000 they demanded for "fire safety works." They couldn't explain how they came up with the figure as they had no quotes and even admitted in a meeting it was based on a bigger building nearby. They started demanding payment before providing proper quotes or a breakdown of the work, while threatening leaseholders with solicitors if we didn't pay.

The whole experience has been incredibly stressful. Poor communication, no accountability, and constant excuses. I would avoid buying anywhere managed by Principle if you can.
