Principle Estate Management Arvostelua

I am in the process of selling my sister in laws flat but due to her dementia paperwork was scant. I called Principle Estate Management and spoke to Jason who was so helpful, friendly but still professional. Jason listened to what information I required and quickly gathered the information, even checking older parts of the system for back invoices. Jason is a credit to this company and he needs rewarded for his excellent customer service. I used to work in customer service and understand it's not the easiest job in world dealing with the public.

Great experience living at Bristol street student Accomodation, their staff is very nice and available 24/7, also a great place to meet new people and very affordable

Renting a property can be easy
Please ask for Ross in the lettings team he will find you a new home he did for me and my family

I relocated from Holland
After meeting Ross he showed me a number of properties in Birmingham and i took one
Thank you for making my relocation so easy

Sincere thanks to Ross and the rest of the team for their help and support prior to and after moving into my new flat. Ross was very attentive and went above and beyond and even when he handed over the reins to another agent, he continued to remain available to answer queries and provide assistance with any issues that arose. You’re definitely in good hands with this lot.

Bristol Street student accommodation has been a great experience. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful, always fixing maintenance issues quickly. I haven't had any problems worth mentioning, and all my needs have been well catered for throughout my stay. I'd definitely recommend it to other students.

Really helpful with our viewing and enquiries for accommodation at Bristol Street.

Cheers to Steve and the lads for sorting my issue for me, great service as usual from southside

The rent for my property in Birmingham is affordable, the space is clean and well maintained and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are carried out quickly, any issues are resolved as soon as possible and they have staff on site 24/7. Could not recommend it more for students looking for somewhere to live in Birmingham.

If I could give a minus 100 score I would, would not recommend, even to people I strongly dislike. They do not care in any way shape or form about residents nor their safety or whether their property is habitable. They continue to increase the service charge whilst letting estates go to wrack and ruin. They frequently ignore residents, including formal complaints and serious concerns. Have put me off ever wanting to deal with a management agent ever again. Seriously think very carefully before taking on a properly they oversee.

Great experience from booking the appointment to collecting the keys
Thanks Ross and his team

We’re in our new home because of Ross and the team.
If your looking for a property to rent I would certainly recommend these guys ask for Ross :)
Thank you Principle for the new chapter of our life

Aliyah Lowe and the team were extremely helpful and very prompt in their response to my email amazing job

A big thank you to Ross and the team who made renting a property so easy after weeks of viewing not so nice places.
Keep up the good work

Ross was great at helping us set-up a viewing in good time, giving us the information we needed and then helping us to secure the property when we decided it was the right fit.
Highly recommend.

Lovely guy and genuinely seem to care and want to help. True to his word and on time. Always available to answer questions. And provided us a great property.

Great service very prompt and incredibly helpful and professional

Shanti was a god sent !

Mercenary and profit-oriented. Poor budget management. Service quality and value below expectations.

This is based on recent experiences from Southside Birmingham, having had interactions with other property managers at this development over the years. As a bare minimum, hope they do not cause unnecessary drama with the fire safety remediation works.

First class service as always, Steve is always extremely helpful every time I attend the office for assistance. Southside is a very friendly place to work

ROSS WAS VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO USE THIS COMPANY
