Prime Property Auctions Arvostelua

I tried to sell my property with them in 2022/2023. In the end, I cancelled the sale, the property was sorted etc. Till nowadays, their sign is still up!

I told them multiple times to take it down! But the sign is still there!

Also, I was recently interested in buying a property through them. They had the audacity to tell me there's no homebuyers report because the property is part of a portfolio sale. This is absolutely illegal, a total scam and as far as I'm aware only a guy called Ajay Ahuja, so notorious with his property scams, even BBC knows him, uses this excuses to "sell" property.

So stay away from this company. It's impossible to get rid of their "for sale" sign and most recently, seem to be involved with scammers

Good post sale customer services from the team.

Poor communication, lack of attention to detail, and incorrect advertising descriptions. Cancelled within the 14-day cooling-off period but they ignored it at first, then tried to make us pay an exit fee.

As a result, our flat stayed advertised for months after we’d cancelled. Instead of taking it down, they messed about with the price on Rightmove and completely ignored our calls and formal emails. Proper unprofessional — it made our place look like a joke and very hard to sell. It caused us a lot of stress and a waste of time, and led to financial loss.

The listing only finally came down after we complained to Rightmove and the Property Redress Scheme got involved. I have all of this documented and confirmed by the PRS.
Avoid!!!

It is a pleasure dealing with John and he is excellent at assisting with selling properties promptly and agreed prices.

As any other auctioneer, they are sharks. Take enourmous fee, not just on the buyer but also on the seller side. Hideous business!!!

Met John at the Forth awards, had a chat about what we were looking for, within 7 days deal done, great service, with a no-nonsense approach, exactly what i prefer, will defiantly being doing business again.

Streamlined process from start to finish!
John and Luis have built a cracking team who are on hand to help and advise every step of the way.
My property was sold relatively quick with no issues, meaning the tenant could stay in place rather than being evicted for an open market sale.
A win-win for everyone. Will definitely use Prime again.

Malcolm and all the staff at Prime were brilliant, they ran with my decisions throughout and sold my house for the reserve price within 3 months. Now we just have to sit back and wait for completion. They couldn't be more helpful and deserve 5 stars.

Worked with Prime on a deal in Aberdeen and they got a great result for a seller.

Right from the start Ekoe was very helpful, kept in touch regarding the sale explained the process of selling regarding auction and bids .

Prime Property Auctions not only sold my house but stated that I was in charge at all times. As they market the property every 2 weeks you always have choices.
They were friendly and had my best interests at heart which in today’s world is hard to find.
I would thoroughly recommend them. I received a good price that I had previously agreed and a quick completion.

I would recommend prime to anyone looking to sell their property. They are fast efficient & very helpful. Any questions needing answered they are there. No need to wait for a reply. The sale was stress free.

John Morris was absolutely fabulous and helping us deal with every aspect of purchasing our property. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite and so personable! Would give him a 10 star ratingif I could.

Having known John since we were 16, I can't believe I didn't go to him sooner.

2023: Tried selling my property through estate agents - had been fully tenanted for 13 years, advised to leave empty to make for an easier sale. No sale and a year of expenses - council tax, bills etc.

2024: Tried to sell as an 'investment property' with tenants in via Let property, multiple low ball offers - 18 months of nothing.

2025: John & Prime Property Auctions - sold in 3 weeks.

Easy communication, John himself reaches out regularly and everything was and is seamless and easy.

If I had a time machine - I'd go to Prime Property Auctions first.

As somebody who tried everything - why waste the time on anything else.

I had the pleasure of working with Prime Property Auctions recently and dealt directly with John. I referred a vendor who was in a sensitive situation and needed to sell their property within a specific timescale.

John immediately reached out to them, showing great professionalism and reassurance from the outset.

The property was listed and sold straight away, and the entire process was seamless and streamlined. Both the client I referred and the buyer were absolutely delighted with the outcome.

Communication throughout was outstanding and John kept me fully updated at every stage, which gave me complete confidence in the process.

I can’t recommend Prime Property Auctions highly enough for their efficiency, professionalism, and excellent service.

What a fantastic service, very helpful and happy to explain the Action process especially as a first time buyer, would strongly recommend Prime Property Actions

Selling a house in my experience is always stressful no matter what method you use however I did find Prime very helpful and supportive throughout the process. I felt my agent Ekoe worked hard for me to help me achieve a fast, efficient, sale via auction terms which is exactly what I needed. All my questions were answered promptly and the process was straightforward. If you need a quick, efficient sale with clear communication then I would recommend Prime and most especially Ekoe.

Luis was very efficient & on the ball . Helped me greatly when I really needed it . Can’t fault the service .

Very easy purchase with Prime Property. My advisor Ekoe was very informative with great communication. I couldn't fault them. All settled in 14 days!

John, the Director of Prime Property Auctions is a rare find. He has, in my opinion, a rare mix of qualities not that common in business. Clearly a very successful and driven entrepreneur, he also listens to your needs and genuinely cares for his clients, he has empathy and understanding, in this day an age this is seldom found. A true gentleman at heart with a passion for great outcomes, not only for himself but also for his business, his employees and his valued clients. There is alot others in the business community could learn from him. I will take an interest in his journey and positive growth for all. I wish him all the best. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
