Prime Property Auctions Arvostelua

Highly recommend using Prime if you are looking where to buy an investment property. I enquired about buying a property and the team were extremely helpful in providing all of the information I could need.

Really good service from David and John at Prime, a pleasure to work with.

Recently had a sale complete with Prime. We got a higher than expected price, really quick sale and a fully handsoff experience too.

Easily the best auction house in the country and would absolutely recommend.

Waring to anyone who wants to deal with them! The are scammed me for £11k.
Everything organised by John and Ekoe.
4F Tay Place Johnstone
Property agred price was £50k, they put deliberate £47.5k on legal pack! The seller refused to sign the disposition Cos off that difrent in price! Now the refused to refund me the 6k auction fees 5k deposit and 6 months rent!
They are running scam property auction scotland!
For all above I have evidence and witnesses!

Reece was great throughout the sales process. He took the time to understand our situation and kept us regularly updated.

He was determined to sell our properties for the best possible price, as quickly as possible. He negotiated hard with potential buyers on our behalf, even at weekends, and did everything he could to secure the sales.

We really appreciated his persistence, commitment and personal approach. We would happily recommend Reece and Prime Property Auctions.

Prime Property Auctions are the best at what they do. In the time I have known John Morris, I have found him to be a good, hardworking man who treats people fairly. If you require the services of an Auction House, I would not go to anyone else except Prime.

Easy process and helpful advice

well.. this is another company that will flowers rainbows and everything else. I got lucky because i got a call from a BAD LIER called Nicole.. that said she could get more money for my house and she could sell it straightway because she had sold 2 flats the same building.. well when i asked prof of those sales (Because i couldn't find anywhere) she said she couldn't disclose it because the sale was too fresh yet and she would give me a ring. she never rang again because she knew she has been caught Lying.

When buying a property they are constantly on the phone to you, once they have your deposit and their commission you can’t get them on the phone excuses range from, the person is off I’ll, on another call, he will call you back, or they just don’t answer the phone, they had no idea of any details of the property they were selling, advertised it as freehold when it was leasehold, never checked that the vendor was being truthful, told lie after lie, they owed me a refund from telling me that I did not have to pay the sellers legal costs when I was billed for it, they kept saying they would refund me but I was getting more excuses as to why the money was not paid, after many phone calls they eventually paid some money but not the correct amount, I have now taken this up with the Glasgow Sheriffs Court.
My first auction purchase and my last after this experience

I recently sold my property through this company and couldn't be happier.
The entire process was incredibly quick, seamless and completely stress free from start to finish.
I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a hassle free house sale.
The first person I dealt with was Dylan and he was excellent explaining everything to me.
5 stars

Great service from Reece, very swift attentive and brought both sides together for a quick timely transaction. Thank you to Luis also. Great work!!

sold a property with Prime recently. The whole process was really quick, efficient and our agent Yusuf Amouzou was absolutely excellent throughout. I would highly recommend Prime and him to anyone looking to sell their property.

Just sold a property through Prime Property Auctions & can’t speak highly enough of their service. Myles was my account manager & he went above & beyond to make sure we got a price we were happy with! Will definitely work with Prime & hopefully Myles again in the future!

I have worked with Prime Property and have found them a super helpful company to work with. Fantastic communication with John, really responsive and clear. Would recommend to everyone

Prime Property Auctions (Scotland) Ltd failed to communicate with me throughout the marketing period and only resurfaced on the auction date. Despite their valuation, the property attracted only one bid, more than 40% below the figure they had provided, raising serious questions about their marketing effectiveness.
I was also not properly informed about their full fee and commission structure, which exceeded 20% of the bid price
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this auction house

Working with Billie Dougherty from Prime Property Auction was an excellent experience from start to finish. Navigating the auction process can feel overwhelming, but Billie made everything clear, straightforward, and genuinely stress-free.

From the very beginning, she was professional, approachable, and incredibly responsive. She took the time to explain each step in detail, ensuring we fully understood the process and felt confident in our decisions. No question was too small, and her patience and knowledge really stood out.

What impressed us most was her dedication and communication. Billie kept us updated throughout, was always available when we needed guidance, and handled everything with efficiency and care. It truly felt like she was invested in achieving the best outcome for us.

Thanks to her support, the entire experience was smooth and positive. We would highly recommend Billie to anyone considering going through a property auction—she makes what can be a complex process feel simple and manageable.

It has been really smooth throughout the process Ekoe Amoiuzou has been fantastic keeping us up to date sorting things quickly. Callum was also very helpful and within 10days from starting the process our property was sold! Thank you for your assistance, professionalism and knowledge, highly recommend
