It is always frustrating to get your…

It is always frustrating to get your website to accept 'UK' delivery from NZ. also, I have just discovered that a voucher I purchased in May last year still shows 'not completed' delivery. This contradicts the messages I was sent. This is obviously very disappointing to those who were waiting.
the speed of delivery generally is good, and I believe that goods delivered have been as described and of acceptable quality.

Ordered ecologie pot plant holder on 29 nov ten days later still had not arrived contacted prezzybox told us it was lost in transit and was out of stock only good thing it refunded money quickly

Massively overpriced

Massively overpriced. Bought the Guinness gift set and I paid £13 for roughly 7 sweets and a tiny packet of coffee.
