Delivery experience dreadful
Wrong size delivered and had to be replaced. Dreadful delivery company, so bad that the first time I had to order them off my property.
Mattress itself is lovely and very comfortable.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery. Mattress is a bit harder than anticipated, would have been better if it was a bit softer

We appreciate your feedback on the mattress firmness and fast delivery. Please do be sure to give the mattress time to settle and relax, and also for your own body to get used to the new support, we're sure you'll soon be enjoying our great hotel sleep.

Don't buy a mattress from Premier in but a proper bed shop
New mattress way more soft than experienced in a few premier inns & compresses so much when sitting at the edge of the mattress. I remember on one occasion just how rigid a hotel mattress edge was. Very disapointed. I did buy a double compared to the inns king size but that shouldn't make a difference. Maybe the mattresses in the inns were all Hypnos , but now they have gone to Silentnight. Take a tip. If you want a new mattress go to a proper bed shop and try them out and buy the one you like then. I've learnt my lesson the expensive way.

Pretty disappointed
We bought the mattress based on our experience of sleeping on premier inn mattresses. However it has been just over a month now and the mattress has already become sunken where we both sleep, there is a ridge occurring between us. We are pretty disappointed.
