Preen & Clean Arvostelua

My windows were fitted a couple of months ago and were very dirty. You did a fantastic job on my windows. I highly recommend this company for any window cleaning. Thank you

Bobby gave an excellent service and reasonably priced,

This is the second time I am using Preen & Clean service as we recently moved to a new house. These guys are fantastic. They are on time, spot on, polite and trustworthy to treat your house as their own. Cleaning is thorough, the jobs promised are real tasks they remember every time even when somebody else is covering the area for their colleague. A great example of professional team and brilliant entrepreneurial business model with high quality and standards. Will not change.

So easy to book and very clear communication about when the visit would occur.
Speedy service and an excellent clean - very happy to be signing up for a regular service

Excellent service. Kept me informed of date and time, as well as changes. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

The initial booking process was easy amd the team turned up earlier than suggested. Brilliant process and service. Can't believe we haven't used Preen & Clean before! 🧼

Dell cleaned the windows very thoroughly - it was much appreciated.

Very prompt booking process. Brilliant job with window cleaning. Timely communication and updates. Easy payment process. Highly recommended.

Haven’t had my windows cleaned for a good while, came when they said easy to book would recommend

Thanks

Very good and got booked in fast

Great service, with a personal touch, got an in person visit prior to starting the cleaning, explaining everything moving forward. Very rare that you get good customer service these days, pleasure to deal with and can’t recommend highly enough

I booked online and the day after the clean was carried out, very professional and the WhatsApp messages and website/app are very convenient. Thanks!

Very friendly and professional service. I booked my first clean and they messaged me with a reminder the day before they were due. My windows, doors and ledges are sparkling clean. I would highly recommend them

very friendly and obliging operative. My windows had not been cleaned for some time and I was very happy with the service.

Great clean and reliable

This company is a nightmare to deal with. They failed to show up multiple times for my scheduled window cleaning, but they still had the nerve to bill me for the work they never did.
Trying to sort this out is impossible because their customer service is entirely non-existent. Every time I try to reach out and dispute the lack of service and now the charges, I just get stuck in a loop of automated emails. There is no way to speak to a real person. Do not use this service—they will skip the job, bill you anyway, and ignore your attempts to fix it.

EDIT: I have since managed to get a response from customer services via WhatsApp, and the billing issue has now been resolved. However, my review remains 1 star. This resolution does not change the fact that I had to deal with over a month of missed appointments, where my windows were simply not cleaned on the scheduled days. I am genuinely amazed that anyone can give this company a 5-star rating based on this level of unreliability.

2ND edit in response to Pre Cleans reply.

Dear Pre Clean Team,
Thank you for your reply here.
To clarify, I explicitly informed your team on multiple occasions that parking outside the property is restricted to the hours between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Furthermore, I proactively reached out in numerous emails to ask if I could assist with any potential access issues, as my goal was to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible.
I kindly request that you review our email history, which clearly documents these details and my offers to help.
