PowaKaddy Arvostelua 

Powakaddy DLX Lite FF trolley has a major design fault and is not fit for Autumn/Winter rounds of golf.

Grass, earth gets picked up really easily trapped in the bag rest area above front wheel which blocks the wheel and needs clearing every few holes with a sharp implement.

Wrote to Powakaddy who acknowledged message feedback but offered no solution!

Do not buy this trolley unless you enjoy interrupting your round every few holes to do maintenance.

This latest reply from Powakaddy shows complete distregard for the inadequacy of their product. Absolute nonsense to suggest my course is any different to majority of UK courses in Autumn. Your design is faulty and push trolley should be able to operate in normal Autumn playing conditions.

I was going to kent on a visit,
I was having a problem with my powakaddy trolley and called in to see them. The team were very friendly and took my trolley off of me.
3 hours later they rang me to say it was fixed and i could pick it up.

J'ai commandé une Unité de contrôle de vitesse au lithium pour mon chariot de golf Mocad 2.5 ou 3.5 le 27 août 2025. N°commande 20649844.
Le 29 septembre, Celui-ci est au statut "livraison réussie"sur le site de suivi de livraison N°d'expédition : JZHY79811657513.
Malheureusement je n'ai jamais reçu le colis.
Par mail, je demande quel est le problème...
Réponse : "on s'en occupe et on revient vers vous"
Malgré des relances journalières, dans lesquelles je demande notamment un remboursement.
A ce jour plus aucune réponse de leur part et pas de remboursement...
Je suis decu et très en colère, j'ai l'impression d'avoir été arnaqué...
C'est honteux de ne pas répondre à ses clients, et trouver une solution rapidement
SAV déplorable...
Manque de professionnalisme ou site frauduleux...Chacun se fera son opinion.

Donc mon interlocuteur est bien powakaddy et pas mocad.
C'est a vous de régler le problème avec votre fournisseur Mocad et pas moi.
Je reste à votre disposition pour vous fournir les éléments de commande sur le site de powakaddy...

Great customer experience. Had an issue quickly resolved, and part shipped the very next day. Great work to all the team at Powakaddy and James who helped me with the issue.

Few issues - not great initial response but then world class resolution.

Bought a Powakaddy CT6 compact 2 years ago. My last trolley lasted nearly 18 years without issue. So when this one started to make unwanted noises it was straight to my local service agent. Whilst advised it was fixed it soon became apparent it wasn’t. I contacted James at the Powakaddy customer service team who couldn’t have been more helpful. By this time the 2 year warranty was almost expired. James and team arranged a courier to pick up and repair my trolley at the manufacturer. I live in the Highlands so the trolley has been on a 1000 mile + journey. All fixed and back with me on the course. A huge thanks to James and his colleagues in the customer service team for showing us how it should be done. Calvin

I had bought an RX 1 just over two years ago it was out of warranty just over a month . I was informed to contact one of the repair centres . TW GOLF TROLLEY IN Glasgow. The service from both goes above and beyond as the team at TW, Golf liased with powakaddy and got my trolley fixed it was the wheel bearing and rods .
This was all done without any cost to myself . Your after service care and your name is credit to both teams at the work place . Many thanks .

Having noticed a problem with the height adjustment on my new trolley, I contacted the support team, and after sending photos of the part, they sent me a new kit, which arrived 2 days later. Excellent service and response, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to any golfers out there.

I bought a CT8 electric golf cart about
3 years ago and the warranty was just up when the battery started running down before eighteen holes were played.
I contacted Powakaddy and explained what was happening and they stood over the warranty. They sent a courier to collect the battery and sent it for testing, a couple of days later I received an email saying that the battery had failed the test and that a new battery was being delivered. A few days later I received the new battery.
They are very easy to deal with and very professional.

Purchased 2 gps trolleys. Both have had electronic problems controlling its speed.
Both require a complete new handle even though it’s only the speed control.
£300 each to repair.
Wish I’d never had switched from Motocaddy.

Happily playing my round then trolley decided to stop going.
Easy communication with crew from PowaKaddy, trolley picked up, sorted couple with few other current problems they found and fixed.
Problem sorted but GPS decided to play up.
Again so easy to communicate with PowaKaddy stuff and I have to mention James and Daniel....
They were and are outstanding, kept me in loop, trolley picked up , rectified and returned.
Really Really outstanding service.
I can't speak higher about the two guys and the company.
They are credit to the company.
Thank you so much !!!! Hope I don't need to communicate again but I mean that in a nice sense as hopefully my trolley behaves.

I’d like to bring to your attention a problem I have with my Dri Tech golf bag purchased approximately18 months ago, in that one of the zips has broken.
I would have expected the zip to last longer than 18 months so I took it back to Foremost (Paul).

The report back from you, via Foremost is that too many items have been put in the pocket causing the zip to break. I would dispute that this is the case, and is not a good enough response from you.

I have purchased many items from Power Caddy over the years ie. two CT6 GPS trolleys then 2 CT8 GPS trolleys along with Dri Tech bags versions 1 and 2 (3 in total), and this is the first time I’ve felt the need to complain.

What a waste of time! Not only are you not interested in customer service you take far too long to respond … rude!

Going forward you leave us no alternative but to contact other suppliers for our needs, ie.TaylorMade or Motocaddy.

I look forward to receiving a proper response regarding this faulty bag no later than 5th September 2025

So my trolley decided to let me down over the bank holiday weekend so I called Powakaddy up on the Tuesday expecting a load of hassle.
I spoke with Daniel there and he exceeded all expectations. I was offered several ways to remedy the issue, I chose to drop it off in person the following day as I was in the area.
I was greeted by Daniel once I arrived and he assured me they will get the repair carried out asap.
Fast forward 1 hour and I’ve had a phone call saying it’s ready and letting me know there was something additional they were not happy with and they had rectified this too!
The customer service was fantastic.

I lost the remote to my RX trolley... God knows how !!. Looked on line for a remote and couldn't find one. The next day I called Powakaddy who put me through to technical. I explained what I'd done and the guy on the other end of the phone, just said, no problem I'll get one out in the post to you.
I asked how much as they're £200 for the remote and he replied, no charge.
Remote was sent via DPD and it turns up today.
Great service and I'm really grateful.

Contacted PK via email as I broke a part of my CT8 trolley.
Was contacted within 24hrs by Daniel in the customer service team who resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
Very impressed by the overall service received from Daniel and Powakaddy.

J'ai acheté un chariot powakaddy en octobre 2021. La batterie est garantie 5 ans. Elle ne s'allume plus; Je contacte la marque en Angleterre et on me répond que je dois prendre contact avec une adresse en Belgique alors que j'habite en France.
Pourquoi ne m'envoient ils pas un bon pour leur retourner la batterie afin de la réparer ou l'échanger?
Je suis déçu car je ne sais pas quoi faire....

Ho acquistato un carrello Powakaddy tramite un rivenditore autorizzato nel Regno Unito, spendendo diverse migliaia di euro per un ordine completo consegnato in Italia.

Dopo poco più di un mese, il carrello ha iniziato a presentare un difetto tecnico evidente, coperto dalla garanzia del produttore. Tuttavia, nonostante l’acquisto online da un rivenditore ufficiale e la presenza di una garanzia ancora attiva, PowaKaddy non riconosce alcuna assistenza attraverso i suoi centri autorizzati in Italia.

In sostanza, la garanzia viene considerata valida solo nel Regno Unito e Irlanda, escludendo completamente i clienti europei da qualsiasi supporto ufficiale nel proprio Paese.

Se desidero usufruire della garanzia, devo spedire a mie spese l’intero carrello nel Regno Unito, con un costo stimato tra 350€ e 450€. In alternativa, dovrei sostenere personalmente qualsiasi costo di riparazione in Italia, anche se il difetto è coperto da garanzia.

È inaccettabile che un’azienda di questo livello non offra alcuna rete di assistenza o forma di tutela reale per chi acquista dall’estero, nonostante la vendita sia avvenuta tramite canali ufficiali.

La qualità di un prodotto non si misura solo all’acquisto, ma soprattutto nella gestione dei problemi: e sotto questo aspetto, PowaKaddy ha dimostrato un’assoluta mancanza di attenzione verso i clienti internazionali.
