Pre order non existant
I waited months for a order. I pre ordered some funko pops. I was told they would release later. When I found they had already released months before. 4 months later I cancelled my order and ordered directly from the funko website. No update was ever given only they had not yet been released. Despite me seeing them in retailers locally and on funko site for sale for past 3 months.

Only replied to one of my emails saying I wanted to cancel because they never replied to me when I wanted to know when the buffy funky pop would be out as it was a pre order I’ve looked online and everywhere else has it! And never replied asking if I cancelled would I get a full refund!

Awful company for pre-ordered items
Do not order pre-order items from this company. The whole point of pre-order is that you get them on release day not months later. Going by the reviews on here it's a common occurrence, they take your money hold it for months after release and say they don't have the stock. I ordered hello kitty bitty pops sets, l ordered May ready for release in July, every other store online or physical stock these yet popfigures still after over a month of release do not. You email and just get told they're chasing the stock and they will be dispatched as soon as they have it ect. I have now requested a full refund as I can just order it elsewhere and have it delivered tomorrow, sick of waiting for this company now, hopefully they're decent enough to accept the request.

Would just like to update it’s now been…
Would just like to update it’s now been 10 months since I pre ordered some funko pop figures, these figures have been available in other stores since December of last year and I am still waiting for one to be delivered.
I’m sure I’ll get the same reply as last time to contact customer services, I did they give the same generic response you’ve pre ordered it’ll be delivered when we get it, again it’s been available in other stores for 8 months now.
As Christmas shopping might start soon please do not pre order from this company, I wonder if my son will get last years Christmas present by Christmas this year?
