Playful Promises Arvostelua 

Gorgeous, quality-made bras and underwear. I'm addicted to Playful Promises bras especially.

With the exception of one of the items I am pleased with the order. One of the items was delivered in a plain opened plastic bag. I have concerned that it has been soiled and would like it to be returned and replaced.

It took ages for my order to be confirmed and then when it arrived I was refunded one of the items which in reality means I didn’t just want the knickers and suspenders. I am guessing in the time between ordering and sorting it out the product then went out of stock.

It took far too long for PP to sort this on this occasion.

All in all, a very good experience. You cater for the bigger ladies who feel good in sexy underwear. I loved the range that you have. My purchases came very quickly. Although £42 for a bra & £20 for matching knickers is a treat more than every day wear. I would definely use you again when a sale is on. One tiny downside is that I purchased the bra & knickers for £30 over black Friday & the next day they were reduced again. Very frustrating!

They delivered in a timely manner and the pieces I purchased were as advertised. Very happy thank you.

I’m a plus size French woman and it’s not easy to find this type of lingerie in France! It’s like being plus size means you can’t be sexy! Or not in a good quality! So I bought a bra during the Black Friday and I’m so happy!! Can’t wait to wear it!

I’m very happy with my over all experience with Playful Promises! They are affordable, good quality, and design stunning pieces! I feel their items are worth the wait! Their sizes do run a bit large compared to USA, so order down if there’s a question in your mind. I had to exchange a few items. Other than that, 5 STARS!

Ordered over a week ago and has yet to ship

They mess up their inventory a lot. They can't keep track of what is and is not in stock

First time purchase delivery was fast but some of the items have been returned and still waiting on a refund

Great designs and good quality materials. I love that you have my awkward size available in so many beautiful styles. Usually a bit on the pricey side for me, but grabbed a bargain in the sale.

Unfortunately I had to wait months for items only for them to be refunded. One of the items was half of a matching set. I had to order the other half from the outlet so I can't return it. It'd be fine if I got the bra, but I'm stuck with the panties that genuinely don't match anything and wouldn't because of the color combination. Immense waste of time. Did I mention the order was sent late af in parts to begin with? Gonna be ordering from here a lot less, if ever. Came for the first Gabi collection and stayed for the size range. My sizes always sell out fast and I have to compromise band or cup. This time nothing fit. Panties all too big and underwire all to small. Just not worth the effort ordering or time waiting anymore.

Sent the wrong size underwear then didn't respond to my email asking what to do to receive the correct size. I don't want to be charged for sending the in correcting sizing to me and I don't know how to get help about this.

My parcel hasn’t arrived! Poor.
