I want to leave a review specifically for Ayushi in customer services and to say thank you.
I ordered the wrong size, after speaking to Ayushi they immediately swapped out the old order for the new size. I didn’t have to go through the rigmarole of cancelling and re ordering and the item arrived literally two days later! I was kept informed every step of the way, super helpful, really lovely experience. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

Beautiful lingerie for curvy women
Beautiful lingerie for curvy women. I really loved the choices available to still feel feminine. Great service when I had to change and return 2 bras for a different cup size. The customer service agent responded to my query same day, and processed a refund that was still overdue even though I had returned the bras weeks ago. Highly recommend this brand!

Technical problems but great customer service
I had some technical problems with entering my correct shipping address that is in Germany. Shopping online from abroad can always be a bit tricky with our German letter "ß" in our word for street. But this time maybe putting a dot after the first three letters of "Straße" was the wrong decision. My house number disappeared. I immediately contacted them and they were able to fix that but then came the next problem. The bra I ordered seemed to be not actually in stock anymore in my size. I got a refund very quickly. Too quickly because then they did find it in my size. Then more technical problems when trying to pay for a bra that is out of stock now for real because the last one in my size was already sold to me. It's mine! In the end they gave me the bra for free and I only payed for the matching panties. Overall it was a lovely exchange with the customer service and I got some practice in how to write a business e-mail in English. I'm looking forward to get my matching set. I know the quality of the items will be great because I was always very satisfied with this brand so far and this is the first time I ran into technical problems when ordering. Next time things will be running smoothly again I'm sure.

ordered a bikini via Debenhams - have tried for several days to try and return as it does not fit - debenhams are not interested and playful promises are anything but promises - the returns portal doesnt accept the original order number and cannot get any response from the company - shocking service - I wouldnt order again and i wouldnt recommend ordering from either Debenhams or direct unless you are certain the product fits - customer service is shocking - delay tactics until you are out of time to return

Sexy but obnoxious visible labels
The underwear is pretty, very sexy. Came on time. Fits well. However, when I'm ordering skimpy underwear made of black mesh having obnoxiously large white labels is so distracting. I tried to remove one with a seam ripper but they're sewn in such a way I then had to hand sew the trim back in place. I cut the labels and slowly had to tweeze the fibres out. Either make the labels smaller and in a similar colour to the mesh or make them easier to remove.

Stunning Items, average service
The designs are stunning and the quality is exceptional. However, I had to contact customer service regarding a shipping delay, and their response time was a bit slow. Once they got back to me, they resolved the issue and were helpful. The products are definitely worth the wait.

Inclusive with a Flattering Selection
Wonderful selection of lingerie and bras! I was sad that some stores I was looking at were either extremely pricey, or not size inclusive for small-waisted, bigger-chested individuals. I love that there are so many sizes, even if my size isn't in stock, my sister sizes are and they fit beautifully. I can't wait to get more sets. The quality and support of the bras are top tier and the customer service is super lovely! I initially thought the sizing was in UK sizing and ordered the wrong sizing. It ended up being US sizing, so mistake on my end. Exchanges aren't offered, however they do accept returns and refund accordingly, so with my refund I was able to pick out the proper sizes and and was so glad I did. Even my partner loves each set I got and my mom is thinking about getting some as well. Would love to see more 32J styles, however I'm completely satisfied with the sister sizes I purchased too.
