Ho ordinato la scrivania DropTop Max Light, ho speso 530€. Appena fatto l'acquisto non ho avuto nessuna mail col riepilogo di ciò che ho acquistato, come succede su tutti i siti del mondo. Dopo 3 settimane, non ho avuto nessun riscontro in merito, ho scritto una mail e mi hanno risposto in maniera molto sbrigativa dicendomi che occorrevano 8 settimane. I primi di giugno ho scritto ancora e mi è stato risposto che il pacco sarebbe arrivato il 12 giugno. Oggi mi è arrivata finalmente, ma una volta aperto il pacco trovo il materiale che è truciolato, quindi non proprio ottimo, in più c'era una crepa sul lato d'appoggio, quindi non avrà lunga durata, altro che 5 anni. Ho scritto jna mail chiedendo la sostituzione del pannello di appiggio, mi auguro in una risoluzione veloce del problema.

Desk is great - exactly as expected. Wait for delivery is long and I had to call to chase when the 12 weeks estimated had passed.

I really love the droptop desk. I handpicked a painting for the front and the quality is so good. The desk is in quality unique and there is no brand that matches in look or quality. You can charge your laptop, phone, iPad whatever while working on the desk. It’s not cheap but when you see it, it’s worth it!!

Great desk, I really like it.
Mine was shipped with the wrong sized screws for the hinges, damaging both of the pieces that they are supposed to attach to.

Customer service immediately sent replacement parts, and was easy to deal with. Delivery time is a little long (took about 8 weeks to get the desk).

UK/EU tarifs are frustrating, but this i not on Pith&Stem's side. Delivery to Germany was quite fast.

Desk is great, very effective, folds up neatly against the wall but a perfect size when open. Construction is sturdy.

I've had a DropTop Classic for a little over 18 months and use it five days a week, and the quality is amazing. It's just a perfect desk - really well designed and fantastic quality. Well worth the cost.
And the support is second to none. I reached out to the support team soon after I received the desk with questions regarding installation and got a very quick and helpful response. And just recently, long after I purchased the desk, I'm about to relocate overseas and want to make sure the desk doesn't get damaged in the move, and again the support team delivered beyond my expectations (thank you, Daniel!).

Great product, great support. One piece was damaged during the transport and Pith&Stem directly provided replacement parts.
The DropTop shows high quality and for me the price was worth it. Love to use it for work-from-home.

I have placed an order for DropTop Duo 24 Light on the 20th of February. This was meant to be ready with 6-8 weeks (3rd - 17th of April). I have checked in with the customer service team multiple times be told that the desktop is in final stages of production and then I have been reassured multiple times that it will be shipped within a week. I have still not received my order or an update about what is going on, despite being promised that it will be shipped latest by Friday 1st of May. Not a great experience so far bearing in mind the high cost of this product. The lack of clarity about timescales and feeling like I am inconveniencing people by trying to understand when this order will be shipped has left me feeling rather frustrated. This has been very stressful as I will be away soon and still have no idea about what is going on with this expensive order.

Brilliant products and service! Received my droptop ahead of schedule and the desk is amazing. Looks great and build quality is spot on 👍. Sadly my DIY skills are pretty poor and I had to go back to droptop for some help after I damaged the desk. I have been blown away by how great this companies service has been and in particular Daniel. He has gone out of his way to assist and has helped with arranging a replacement desk! Will always recommend droptop as the products are great and they really look after you. Great work 👍

I bought a 24 duo light, while the design is really sleek and the overall package is great, nice to use, the fitting quality of 24 duo light is not absolutely perfect given they take 8 weeks to make it.
The dry wall fixing types are bit complicated to install with multiple steps to follow, there are much easier and more stronger TV mounting drywall plugs present elsewhere, something to improve.

Overall great product, amazing space saver but the mounting and fitting could be much more smoother given it's a £500 product. Hopefullly IKEA makes it soon for £200.

The desk is practical, well designed and well made. The delivery took 8 week and was within the promised dates. Communication was good. Assembly instructions are clear, are easily followed and can be accomplished by one person though the actual mounting on the wall should be done by two. I give it four and not five stars, because at this price point I feel the main desk board could be a tad sturdier. But for most people this will probably go completely unnoticed and it does not detract from the overall functionality.

It was a big decision to order the DropTop as the unit is expensive and uncertainty dealing with freight and taxes etc. The customer support has been very helpful in addressing my concerns. The unit arrived even before expected due date and aside from a few hiccups in assembling the unit, everything was as I expected. The unit was well built and of good quality. I’m very happy with the set up.

Great product and excellent quality. Came quicker than expected and very impressed with it. Highly recommend everyone who works from home or want a desk that doesn't take a lot of space. Looks great!
