Pinnacle Surveyors Arvostelua

Quality of survey and their customer service levels are really good.

Where I got let down was the timescales, the survey took a while to get booked in, and then it was 5 days before I received the report.
When receiving the report you get told the surveyor will call you to discuss further soon. It ended up a few weeks later.

4/5, due to timing issues.

Quick smooth and easy process! Excellent value for money, surveyor arrived on time was in an out and report done within time frame as advised! Will defo recommend

Quick and easy process from receiving a call to book an appointment which was flexible to myself, to the appointment itself. Visiting surveyor was friendly and professional.

Very professional and friendly service, happy with the valuation I requested. Andrew sleney who carried out the valuation was great and very efficient approachable. I had the valuation within 24 hours which was great! Thank you very much

The valuation was affordable compared to some competitors and I received the results within 24 hours.

Survey was really helpful and surveyor explained to us in detail over the phone

I've used Pinnacle Surveyors before. Had to wait thus time for well over a week for the survey to be undertaken and then over a week to get the written report back. The survey was very comprehensive and was RAG rated for ease of understanding which was good. The valuation was also helpful as we had a feeling the house we're buying was over priced for the condition we could see it was in so the valuation took this into account. We have since renegotiated the asking price and are paying £8k less so well worth the price of the Report! We also know in detail now what all the issues are with the house, which aren't too bad but it's reassuring to know. The Surveyor did try and call me a few days after sending the report to answer any questions and left a message he would call back but never did, but to be fair I had his number so could have called him back if needed. Overall good service, would have liked it done quicker and the Report back quicker but guess it's reflective of the time of year. Would recommend and use again.

I paid for the survey a long time before it was carried out. However when it came to it there was good communication, a thorough report and the surveyor answered the questions I had on speaking a short time after. Although it would have been useful if the surveyor had the report at the time of the discussion an answer was forthcoming very swiftly after.

The process was easy and straight forward. Always available on the phone if needed. Very efficient overall very pleased would use again

Scheduled in promptly, kept up to date On progress.

The surveyor arrived on time and helped walk through the process in a calm and friendly manner. Report came out in the exact period that they said

Great service from start to finish. Their processes are really efficient and staff really friendly and informative. We had some delays in the house we were buying, they continued to contact the estate agent to get updates and try and book in the survey. When the purchase fell through they were able to then transfer it to the new property. The survey was thorough and the surveyor followed up with us to answer any questions

Great service overall. The level 2 survey I ordered was very thorough and delivered well within the advertised time. The surveyor also contacted me after sending over the report to answer any questions.

Quick and efficient. Very happy with the service we received.

Professional and thorough survey Conducted. Survey completed and report received promptly. Telephone call received to discuss report after a few days and all queries were dealt with. Very happy with service and highly recommended.

My survey was carried out the following week after sending my authorisation form & payment.
I received my valuation report the day after the RICS Surveyor had visited my property.
Very happy.

They were really prompt got us booked in straight away, sent the report over 3 working days after and rang us 2 days after to talk us through the report. Very thorough and knowledgeable.

Very professional and took time to ask my consent to share information with mortgage broker. My flat was in a unique situation so took longer than anticipated to get the report but luckily I'm not in a rush. Would have liked to know about the delay sooner as I had to wait a few days but my surveyor was happy to be contacted at a convenient time for me.

Swift professional service. Report was issued within 3 working days.
