Pinnacle Surveyors Arvostelua

Quick and efficient
Happy with realistic valuations

There is no option of a 0 STAR.
And this company does not get any better. When my mortgage provider assigned Pinnacle i was sure this would now fall over the place and i called Mortgage company but unfortunately its a policy as per them to use Pinnacle.
They are rude people, they just read zoopla and that too not properly, They dont understand Shared ownership properties, without parking properties, 3 BED with one bathroom, 2 BED with extra Utility. They will go to the last sold and then undervalue it. they did undervalue mine by 80000 GBP and what a shame and shameless agents and company they are. I would put a name of who did a survey and his no over here, i am just consulting with Ombudsman. Shame dear surveryor you just put one more family into trouble.

I have been recommended by a friend. It is worth. Process was simple & straight. Got the appointment with a day. Survey appointment was scheduled immediately and report was provided less than a day. Would definitely recommend anyone. Midlands - Nottingham - Meadows.

Our house valuation appointment was arranged so quickly and took place the day after payment was made. We then received the report back the day after. Really impressed with how quick and efficient this service was. Would recommend.

Thorough survey of a property by Jonathan Sharp was received within 24 hours of inspection. The report was comprehensive and all questions were answered clearly over the phone. Friendly and knowledgable surveyor, very pleased with the service.

Polite friendly surveyor carried out the visit professionally, fast turnaround of report and clear communication for booking process and attendance time slot

So quick and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Very friendly surveyor, made me feel at ease, and recieved report within 24hrs of inspection.
Great service!

We had a valuation with Jonathan Sharp today and he was excellent. Very thorough and professional but also polite, friendly and patient. He talked us through each step of the process and was very clear at all stages. What could have been a very stressful morning was very straightforward. Very impressive.

Highly recommended, fast, accurate, precise and always available

We had a really positive experience with Pinnacle. After filling in an online query they were quick to get in touch with us, providing a quote and further information. The surveyor, Sam, then visited our property a few days later to complete the level 2 survey and we were very impressed with his efficiency when we received the survey report the following day. The report was detailed and comprehensive and the follow up phone call from Sam was extremely helpful in terms of understanding some of the things raised in greater depth.

Very good experience explaining everything as they went along

Ed was brilliant, did a thorough check and found a few problems that I wouldn’t have known about if I hadn’t had the level 2 survey. Even though it is a new build I would never have known about the roof problems or the bi-fold doors that should never be made of upvc. Thanks Ed.

Great service from start to finish, easy to book an appointment, surveyor was friendly and courteous, can’t complain would use again if required

Quick and easy to arrange, helpful staff, would recommend

Arrived on time, very friendly and knowledgeable.

Staff on the phone made me
feel at ease as I’ve never had a survey before.Without the honest report I would have lost a lot of money, the surveyor called exactly when he said he would and I was given the opportunity to ask questions.I would certainly recommend this company, no let’s downs, no rudeness, very nice patient helpful people well done guys👍

The booking part was so simple and I was given a choice of dates for the survey. I was then given a time slot a day or two before the survey was complete. The surveyor (Wayne McIntyre) was great, I had my little boy in the house at the time and it wasn’t a problem at all. He was kind and we got it all done fairly quick. I then got my results of the survey back incredibly quickly which meant I could push along the payback of Help to Buy loan with Target.
