Pinnacle Surveyors Arvostelua

Excellent service, great communication throughout, highly recommend

Professional, clear and speedy response

Professional service which provided a prompt service.

Only good things to say about Pinnacle. Our surveyor Andrew was excellent, he took the time out to explain the survey findings and ensured that we were well informed before making purchase. I had a query whilst Andrew was on annual leave and one the directors returned my call to respond, the service that pinnacle delivered was exceptional. They went above and beyond to deliver efficiency and excellency. Well done to your team!

Fast, efficient and professional.
Phone call after the survey to go through the report was excellent.
Definitely recommend!

Excellent service and they actually contact you for you to ask any questions and the best thing was that they highlighted some crucial information that detered us from buying a property... that could have potentially ended up been a big mistake. So thankyou

I am glad I chose these for my homebuyers survey. They arranged to attend the property directly with the seller. I received the report the day after the survey was completed which was brilliant. It was very thorough and detailed. The surveyor called me a few days later to discuss any queries I had.
They also responded quickly to further queries which I emailed to them. Would definitely recommend for a thorough job.

My experience was very good. Very helpful. Friendly and super fast.

Andrew was helpful and friendly on the phone and gave a full survey of everything that you could think of. Great service!

I was hoping for a detailed and in depth survey of the property I am buying and that is exactly what I got. Speedy and efficient, many thanks pinnacle

Waste of time. Used them for a property I was buying and ended up with numerous problems that aren’t highlighted. Complained and escalated to a director who simply used excuses and get out of jail cards.

To redeem a help to buy equity loan, I needed a RICS certified valuation report on my house. I was recommend Pinnacle Surveyors from my mortgage advisor so I decided to go ahead with them. I had got a few other quotes and they were competitively priced. A date was arranged for the property inspection and the inspection was carried out swiftly. The report was emailed to me a few days afterwards. The only suggestion would be that Target HCA have a .pdf size limit for the report and the file from Pinnacle Surveyors was larger than the file limit. However, that was easily rectified by compressing the file.

I found my experience very easy from my initial enquiry right through to receiving my survey. I dealt with Ed and Cathy and both were very respectful when entering the property of the house we are buying and the house we are selling. Survey was delivered quick and very informative.

Great Service provided with an extensive report to provide us with the confidence needed to progress with the property.

Speedy arrangement of survey . Well prepared report and sent out very quickly after the survey.

Good telephone feedback as well afterwards

The same surveyor came out for two different lenders to survey the same BTL property. In one report he said the property was suitable for lending, and in the other he wrote that it didn't. It's a shame all these freebie mortgage surveying companies are so bad, but then the banks probably pay them peanuts, and you know what that gets you.

Embarrassingly brief survey conducted by Richard Meggitt of the Cardiff branch. Minimal attention paid, completely ignorant of any improvements made to the property since purchase, evidently oblivious to house price rises in the area and, as seems to be a common theme with Pinnacle, undervalued below even the lowest estimate given elsewhere. We are currently assessing our options legally against this company and individual.

Great service, valuation and report sent the same day, pleasant and efficient, definitely recommend

I was very happy with the service. The survey was detailed and thorough and really improved my confidence in the property I am purchasing. The surveyor telephone called me after I received the survey to insure I understood what was detailed and to answer any questions I had.
