Loved the boutique camping at Bestival- brilliant location facilities and safety! Will come back again!

Used Pink Moon at Camp Bestival and I can’t recommend them enough. The tents are amazing, especially the deluxe ones, it’s like having a home from home. The toilets and showers are always spotless. Everyone working there are so friendly and helpful and do their best to accommodate all your needs.

Just what you need if you’re not a family of campers, lovely staff. More room infront the tents would have been appreciated as we had no space. Other than that i would book again!

We used pink moon at Camp Bestival this year and thought the service was fantastic - the staff helped us out with our requests and were always available, friendly and professional.
The facilities were brilliant - clean toilets and showers - staff on duty at all times to clear between uses and keep standards high. Communal areas filled with toys was great for the kids and us. Tents good quality. All round great experiences.

Coming from an employee, this company treats it's staff horribly. It's main owners were nothing but stuck up brats who had no care for their workers. A personal experience had was when the owner's partner asked me to help move some fence posts from one area to another (she said this while sat in a car). Instead of giving me a lift down to help moved them, down a long steep hill, she met me down their, driving off while asking me. The same thing happened when I finished loading her car. This made me, the employee feel unwanted and unappreciated. On another occasion, we were also told the day before the festival went live that if we worked less than 8 hours a day we wouldn't be catered for during the day. (1 meal =8 hours, 2 meals= 10 hours+) And to that they purposely put people on 7 hour and 9 hour shifts to not provide them more free food (to save their money). The job listing was advertised as fully catered for btw. Logging hours was hard as nearly everyday we went over the supposed finish time and was told that we would not be getting paid overtime so if we wanted to finish for the day, we'd have to carry on working unpaid just to get the job done. Another thing is that after the festival, taking down all the tents that have sleeping bags provided by pinkmoon, we were told to bin every single sleeping bag (200+), to which we asked if we could save or donated them, and they just shrugged their shoulders like it wasn't their problem. This company is a disgrace and put on a facade as a luxury glamping company when in reality it's a brand that takes advantage of young keen workers and treats them like crap.

Very good customer service, our camping experience was also very good. It's not cheap but you do get what you pay for, this was our 3rd year using pink moon and we'll continue to do so in the future.

We had an absolutely fantastic time with Pink Moon Hospitality at Camp Bestival. From the moment we reached the Pink Moon reception, the experience was exceptional and genuinely felt like a premium way to enjoy the festival.

Margaret was incredible and ran such a tight ship. She and the whole team were warm, welcoming, and always smiling. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, from serving drinks while we watched the fireworks to making sure families felt looked after. Our daughter loved the board games, Twister, the sandpit, and the colouring activities, and the team went above and beyond by helping her make a hot chocolate and ensuring everything was tidy and ready for children to enjoy.

The accommodation, breakfast, pamper facilities and overall atmosphere were all excellent, and it was clear how much effort the Pink Moon team put into creating a memorable experience. We wouldn't hesitate to book again and are already looking forward to returning.

Pink Moon were incredible throughout our stay at Camp Bestival and genuinely transformed the festival experience for us as a family. Having a bell tent ready and waiting gave us a safe, comfortable and welcoming base from the moment we arrived, without the usual stress of setting up camp. The whole backstage camping area felt calm, secure and extremely well organised, while still being friendly and relaxed. It made the weekend feel far more accessible and, honestly, much more exclusive than standard festival camping.

We were particularly impressed by the facilities. The warm showers and flushable toilets were kept exceptionally clean throughout the festival, which is no small achievement when so many people are using them. Everything appeared to be checked and maintained regularly, the queues were well managed and the entire set-up ran remarkably smoothly. We could not believe how clean and organised it remained, even as the weekend went on.

The service and attention to detail were equally brilliant. The bar did not run out of ice, despite the hot weather and demand, and the pizzas were freshly cooked and served within minutes. These things might sound small, but they make a huge difference during a busy festival weekend, particularly when you are travelling with children.

The communal chill-out area was another excellent addition. It gave us somewhere comfortable to sit for 15 minutes when the children needed a little peace away from the crowds, music and constant activity of the main festival. Having that quieter shared space allowed everyone to reset before heading back out.

Pink Moon made Camp Bestival safer, easier and considerably more comfortable for our whole family. The campsite was exceptionally well managed, the facilities were outstanding and every element felt carefully considered. We were able to enjoy much more of the festival because we knew we had such a clean, peaceful and secure place to return to. We would absolutely book with Pink Moon again and could not recommend the team or the experience highly enough.

We stayed in a super deluxe bell tent for 2 at camp Bestival - back stage camping. The sheets were stained so used my own blanket over the top. The tent itself was grubby around the pole and base from the previous festival. The camp bed was comfortable though and quilt was warm enough when the temperature dropped.
Staff were lovely. Toilets and showers constantly cleaned. The pamper parlour was great. Would definitely do backstage again but not sure £1145 for 4 nights in a tent is worth spending again. Will bring my own and not be lazy!

I went to camp Bestival and stayed with pink moon as I wanted to arrive and have a text already set up for me. I was massively impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of staff. The toilets and showers were constantly cleaned which means I won’t ever attend camp Bestival not in the pink moon area from now on. Game changer to be able to use facilities so clean at this kind of event with your child.

Overall great must be a challenge to keep all things pristine but was a little shabby in the Hospitality area at camp bestiville

Aidan and Kieran were some of the most happy, kind-hearted and hospitable reception staff i’ve encountered. They were an AMAZING help with a stressful situation for me…

It was worth every penny to ensure an extra layer of security for my boys, good lighting, better weather and staff could not do enough

Stayed with Pink moon, in a 3/4 belle tent at Camp Bestival in Dorset. Beautifully clean facilities and site, staff were amazing, and great location! Would highly recommend!

Horrible experience. We stayed in a deluxe bell tent at Camp Bestival. Nothing delux about it or the facilities. Tents packed in like battery hens. We were 10m from a diesel generator that ran 24 hours at constant 70+ decibels. 6”mattress was actually 4” of cheap foam - really uncomfortable. Tent smelt of mould. Toilets and showers were 1 step up from a portaloo. Manager on site was unhelpful, unfriendly and dismissive. It is just a cash cow, absolutely nothing boutique about it. My advice is avoid at all costs.

Clean well laid out tents. Clean well stocked toilet facilities. Hot showers cleaned after every use. Location close to village area. Our first time at latitude and would definitely use pink moon again.

I worked for Pink Moon as general staff in 2026

-we were encouraged to ignore/hide problems, such as mouldy bedding, stains, ripped tents etc.

-All bedding is unwashed and is poor quality, mattresses are left outside overnight and are dirty, covered in bird poo and never cleaned.

-staff are paid minimum wage and are treated terribly. Meals withheld and of terrible quality, lower level crew are seen as disposable(by Managers Joel and Holly in particular), basic provisions not provided, including not providing hand washing facilities. This is especially terrible in festivals that are far away from shops. Staff are expected to leave during the show days of some festivals and come back after, meaning they are left with nowhere to stay.

-dubious tax behaviour, which is well known internally, company is extremely lacking in social responsibility, it makes 9million a year in profits, which all come from exploitation of workers, cutting corners, and avoiding paying tax(looking at you Harry).

-shout out chantelle, you do an amazing job, sorry you are surrounded by idiots, fingers crossed your next job is one that treats you better

Great facilities close to the festival. Used them at Latitude. Quite pricey but a really nice treat

The festival I booked for was cancelled as Heritage Live went under. Pink Moon were brilliant from the first hours of the news breaking they promised a full refund and then followed through with this without any chasing or work on my part. Very decent company. Highly commended.
