Terrible customer service, incredibly slow, making mistakes, and I’m having to chase for updates. It’s been nearly a year and my claim has still not been actioned. The £50 we paid for the insurance feels like a scam at this point and more hassle than it was worth. I strongly do not recomend using their service.

The company was very good and helpful

We are still awaiting the Company update on what they intend to do about the colour cracking off on part of the arm of our sofa. Telling us it was sun damage is a fob off as another panel in the same position has not cracked. The hide itself looks to be ok it is just the colour which must have been sprayed on during manufacture which is not fit for purpose.

Do not use this company! Misleading and just out for money. We bought this under the promise that staingard covers accidental damage (including stains caused by heat!) only to find out that we are not covered because our incident was “misuse”! You’d think a company callers staingard would protect you from STAINS. We recently bought a table and informed them that an elderly family remember with dementia ironed a table cloth on the table causing a heat stain on our one week old table, we reported it immediately and simply had an email saying sorry this is misuse and they won’t help. Complete false and misleading information stating in their website they will protect you. Do not waste your money in this company yet another insurance company out to get you with their terms and conditions

Fitter was helpful explained about process but l had this done same repair 5mths ago hope it doesn't happen again 😔

Contacted company under 5 year insurance cover purchased with furniture. No quibble prompt service with advice in mean time until available. Speedy worker laid out protective sheet and efficiently removed oil marks from storage incident. Excellent finish as new.

Very high, claim processing fee. Charge me £100 fee for processing £342 claim. Doesn’t make any sense.

The technician was right in time and he showed respect for my property by removing his shoe and did not damage anything during his stay
