I ordered a shirt (the last week of July) from them for my husband. Got an email and text saying that they got my order and are processing it. Fast forward to now, still have not received an email or text about my product I ordered. I have emailed them at least 3 times with them telling me that it was already shipped to my house and that they forgot to send me the tracking number. I have asked them 3 times to send me the tracking number and each time, nothing. These people don’t care for customers and send nasty emails back to you, if you call them out on their issues. Oh, their reply is not true. Trust pilot has all my emails I have got from them, which is why this is a verified review. Pilot Eyes answered me the next day (as I said in this review). Plus the product I ordered did not arrive within 7-15 business days, per what they advertise. I Will NOT be shopping with them again!

Very reliable service. I love the product. Just the wait time was quite long however this is to be expected.

I ordered how to become a pilot book and I got it . I read the book and the book is so inspring I thank you the store for the book and keep going on guys ..!!💖

Purchased a shirt, took over 6 weeks for them to "deliver" the shirt but it was really never delivered. They lied. Then was met with condescending responses from their "customer service" team. DO NOT PURCHASE, IT COMES FROM CHINA!

Great product...had a real hassle with shipping issues of unknown origin, but the mask itself turned out to be worth the wait.

My order arrived arrived fairly promptly (postal services have been having a rough go of it) and it's wonderful!

My husband was thrilled with the quality and the unique design!

It took about 3 1/2 months to get the item and when it finally arrived I was VERY disappointed with the quality of the item. The color....the quality of the fabric...and the writing on the hat looks like its duct or electrical tape....one washing and it will be gone. I would really like a refund on this cap. In the store, I would not pay 3.98 for it. Thank you

What a frustrating purchase. It took over 100 days to receive my order and when it arrived I found it to be very cheap in production value. I know Covid is/was a factor but to be fair while I experienced some days with other purchases it was weeks rather than months. The product could be great if the material was of better quality. Not fit for purpose in its current state.

Its unfair to Rate you guys as 1 start, due to covid-19 restrictions etc...
Ive had prompt replies no issues
However its would be nice to inform clients that products would be coming from China.
As far i know, its stated UK.
But took 3 months before i received my goods.
Customer misleading.
I've bought 3 items from you guys, ill try it again.

too bad there was no ZERO STAR rating, very poor communication, actually no communication on this shipment to me, took months to get a simple shipment.

Let me say at the outset that, I have been very impressed with the Aviation Shop and the Follow Up that I have received with regard to my Order.

The FACT is however I have still not received my ORDER so it is difficult to feel even a little satisfied. I know it is probably as a result of COVID-19 but I have been waiting for 120 Days now and nothing. My order took two months to leave China and currently is somewhere in South Africa, and has been in the Country since the end of June. I do still want the Product that I ordered but it seems impossible.

WHAT CAN I DO NEXT ?

The waiting time was longer than expected even after taking into considerations COVID. It took more than 3 months for the parcel to arrive. Merchandiser refused to give refund and cancelled it despite promising to refund after a certain date if the parcel still has not arrived.

Overpriced China Goods basically. Not worth the price you paid for.
Very BAD customer service. They kept delaying and pushed the date back as much as possible till finally say cancel refund...Recommended not to purchase from here.

Product is ok but shipping was extremely and disappointing slow.

I did get my mask, it was great quality and fits really well. BUT i did pay for express delivery and it took from the day i ordered it may 4 to June 19 fro delivery that's not express, over a month is not expable.

Takes like 60 days to deliver. Bad customer service. Bad quality.

Took four months to receive two items, would not recommend ordering from this website.

Demorou quase 3 meses a chegar o que encomendei. Até pensei que viesse de algum armazém na Europa mas aparentemente não foi o caso, o que ainda piorou a situação.

Never received the customized phone case I paid $50 for... I purchased it in March... it’s just about August. I contacted customer service about having a refund ... after a week of waiting they denied it. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
