I have not received anything. Someone at the chat service promised he/she would take care of it. But no joy. It's been three months now, and counting.

Excellent service, communication, and product! My mask arrived quickly. It was in awesome shape, extremely well made, and super fashionable - I chose the Air Traffic Control pattern (even though I'm a pilot 😉). The mask is super breathable, durable, and easy on the ears.

high quality, professional headset. no problems with adjustment behind head, stays in place, fit right out of the box.clean,clear sound both in the cockpit and when used for other sound applicactions ( music sound awesome) i like being able to adjust the volume of each ear piece seperatetly...great value for far less than other pilot headset....i cant see why some people are saying otherwise

Recently I ordered two masks. Although the delivery was delayed and actual look of masks was different from that on website, I really enjoy wearing them. They are very convenient, look great and attractive. I appreciate that my wishes of the design have been taken into account.

Watch doesn’t work at all. I tried to contact them to get a refund and they blackmailed me so that I delete my bad review and then they “can check replacements if required”. They did nothing.
