Pilbeo Arvostelua

An fantastic service, we used them from Porto to Santiago , 12 transfers and we did not have one problem. The App is fantastic, getting notification when our luggage was picked up and dropped off. We highly recommend this service. Great Job!

An exceptional service and an absolute pleasure working with Jesus and the Pilbeo team! Thanks so much for the fast and efficient communication and the support at every step of the process!

A big thank you to Jesus and the Pilbeo team for our luggage transport along the Camino Portugues. The service was fantastic, our bags arrived reliably every day. I’ll be honest I was a little nervous before setting out, as to whether the luggage transport would work. I needn’t have been. It worked PERFECTLY, every day with no exceptions! All communication was easy and efficient. Can thoroughly recommend!

Tercer camino con esta empresa. Perfecto todas las recogidas y entregas. Cualquier problema o duda Jesus siempre te atiende amablemente.

The best company I’ve ever used. Absolutely perfect in pick up and delivery and very prompt response to any questions or changes, highly recommended.

This company were easy to deal with. All instructions were very clear and easy to follow on their website . I thought they were very reasonably priced too. They were super efficient at picking up and dropping my bags at all the various accommodations I stayed in each day, even though I was travelling alone and I had only one bag . I found them fantastic . They made my trip so much easier and enjoyable. I would highly recommend them I travelled from tuy to Santiago .

Absolutely brilliant. Very easy to arrange, communication was very straightforward, and when I contacted them with any questions they were answered promptly and straightforwardly. our luggage always arrived before we did.

From the outset, Jesus and the team answered any query we had. Once our route and accommodation was finalised our bags were delivered and bar one day were there before we arrived. On this occasion the bags were delivered to a different address with the same name and once notified, it was addressed immediately with very regular updates of the situation to a satisfactory resolution. Jesus and the team were always available on what’s app, phone or email. Nothing was an issue and they even delivered to apartments and private accommodation which was an added bonus. Pilbeo took our weight and allowed us to walk freely and enjoy every step along the way. We highly recommend Pilbeo and will absolutely use them for our next camino.

Once I contacted Pilbeo, they whatapped me and communication and service was brilliant from there. We wanted some versatility so decided each evening what distance we would do the following day. We simply whatsapped Pilbeo with collection and destination hotel and they delivered perfectly each time.

Buen servicio.

Excellent service! Prompt, trustworthy, responsive, flexible, and reasonably priced. I walked a Camino trail and nothing was too much trouble and nothing was too short notice with luggage transfer. Highly recommend!

We were a group of 8 people cycling the Portuguese Coastal Camino and Pilbeo were excellent. Communication was quick and clear, the website easy to use and our luggage pick up and delivered on time.
Would definitely recommend.

We couldn't have been happier with the service that was provided by Jesus and the team.
Arrangements and booking the service was simple, a change in our original plans was quickly dealt with and emails responded to promptly.
The bag transfer went smoothly and the bag arrived at our accomdation before we did every day.

We were very impressed with the service we received.
Moving our bags on the Camino Frances couldn’t have been easier. When our bags ended up in the wrong place due to my error the company were very quick to put it right.
Hands down would use again and recommend!
