This company went over and above to organise a location to store our luggage when we were just walking to a town on the Camino but not staying. They didn’t need to do it but did. I think they are an amazing transfer company and I will not use any other on my yearly Camino

Used this service for 9 transfers on Camiño Portugues . They were excellent and prices were very reasonable!

Used Pilbeo for bag transfers on th Portuguese Camino. I found their service excellent.

After doing 2 Caminos in Spain using Correos as a baggage transfer, we needed an alternative as Correos wasn’t operating on the Caminho Portugues da Costa. Did a quick google and Pilbeo looked to be the perfect alternative with similar pricing.

They have an app which notifies you when back was picked up/dropped off, which was great

The only concern was we didn’t receive notification the first day or advised the day beforehand that it was all confirmed and ready to go, so I was worried that first day of walking unsure if I’d have to get a taxi back to my bag, so I would recommend for them to send confirmation day before to us worriers/catastrophiser! But flawless otherwise!

Pilbeo are exceptional. From the date we booked the service until the last delivery they were exceptional. We was kept informed every day when the luggage was picked up and delivered. We never had to wait for the luggage, it was always at the venue when we arrived. Can recommend them and will definitely use them again. Well done Pilbeo

I can't recommend Pilbeo highly enough. It simplified our Camino experience with a efficient and effective way of transporting our bags between each stage of the Camino. The Pilbeo app is excellent. We changed our accomodation and number of bags a couple of times, communications with the Pilbeo team was quick and responsive - and everything was seamless. Great work to the entire Pilbeo team!

Five of us used Pilbeo to carry our luggage on the Portuguese Way from Tui to Santiago. They were brilliant! Really efficient, kit always waiting for us at our next stop and good communications in English.

I used Pilbeo to transport my luggage on the Camino Frances and the service was excellent. There was one mistake with an address but Pilbeo sorted it out immediately and kept me informed. I would definitely use them again. EXCELLENT.

Excellent service for our May 2025 8 day Coastal Portugese Camino. They completely nailed it! Our bags were always at our next accommodations no hassle, no worry. Right from the get go Pilbeo were on it - I made one enquiry at the beginning/booking stage about whether they could pick up from a particular accommo and they immediately responded (just needed their contact phone number). They quickly built their luggage tags/price from my itinerary - so simple. I did wonder how they organize things when we were planning to stay in AirBnB-type accommodations booked through Booking.com (so no hotel reception to leave/get bags from) but it all happened seamlessly in the background, Pilbeo presumably connecting directly with the hosts to get entry information. I wholeheartedly recommend Pilbeo to you.

At first we did not get the confirmation email with instructions, but after a call they sent it right away.

Our first day we did not know what to expect and we arrived a bit early (12:30) at our accomodation. Because there was still luggage from the previous guests we started to get worried they delivered the wrong bags. I called and they said they would contact the driver. Within 20 minutes our bags arrived.

Everyday our bags were at our accomodations on time and we would absolutely use Pilbeo again for our next camino!

Ha sido un servicio de mochilas desde Oporto a Santiago. El trabajo a sifo espectacular no ha habido ni una sola incidencia puntualmente han tenido mi mochila delante de mí estando en el alojamiento siempre que yo he llegado. Unos auténticos profesionales en los contrataría 10 veces más y por supuesto los recomiendo 100%.

100% recommend. Super responsive and reliable. Love the app and immediate communications about bags status, pick up and drop off. We had a complicated itinerary — three separate trails with taxi and dog transport included, and Pilbeo was a terrific bag partner for us. they also connected us to reliable ground transport that we used to go from Santiago to the start of other trails and back to our car (eg Santiago to Ferrol and Santiago back to Baiona). Highly recommend them as your transport partner in any Camino that you do.

They are working like a clock. Very reliable. We had some problem with communication but they were really responsible for their job. It was so nice every day to find our bags inside of our accommodation when we come after a long walk on Camino de Santiago Portugués.

Everything from start to finish was excellent - from initial email contact regarding hotels serviced to delivery of bags. Hotels which were not on the published list were added promptly.

Pilbeo provided excellent service for our luggage transfer along the Camino Inglés! The clear instructions, regular notifications, and impressive app (with itinerary and photo upload) made the process seamless. Being able to print bag labels with a QR code through Pilbeo app was a great touch. Highly recommend!

Unkindness by Pilbeo on the Camino Frances - middle-aged pilgrims needing help with backpacks be warned! Unkind, hostile, inpatient and aggressive phone contact with this service was so upsetting to me as a first-time pilgrim. I came to Spain with an open heart to walk The Way but need help with my bag (59 years old). Pilbeo’s failure to provide clear instructions as to when and exactly where to leave the backpacks led to confusion on the first two mornings of my pilgrimage (Roncesvalles and Pamplona) that could easily have been smoothed over with kindness and patience on the part of their telephone dispatcher. Instead, I felt wrongly accused and verbally abused. The second day was even worse than the first! I stood outside in the cold on the street in Pamplona for 1 hour and 15 minutes past the time they said they would pick up only to call to inquire when they would be there and again was subjected to a storm of verbal abuse by the phone dispatcher. I am a pilgrim on a spiritual journey in Spain who is a kind, polite, and thoughtful person who needed help. I also paid for a service offered exclusively to pilgrims, so I find the lack of specific details about pickups particularly troubling. I suggest Pilbeo work on their instructions. In the meantime, your dispatcher should be ashamed of this lack of courtesy. Whoever was on the phone on Saturday, April 19, 2025 and Sunday, April 20, 2025, you made me cry, you gave me a bad impression of Spain, and your lack of human kindness, flexibility and customer service disappointed me deeply. Not acceptable! For fellow pilgrims, consider other options.

Amazing company. My suitcase was always at my next hotel and when I was very late one morning, they waited until it was ready.

Puntuales, serios, todo perfecto, recomendable al 100%. Información en todo momento a través de la aplicación y del wasap. Sin duda repetiremos.
