Pickalbatros Resorts Arvostelua 

They promised a ***** paradise experience and delivered a construction site at PickAlbatros hotel du Golf, Marrakesh. 6 days of demolition&construction on 10 meters distance from our pool beds. Sofar the compensation offered has been “not even close”…. I will keep you upto date of the moral standards of this company.

We stayed at the pickalbatross in Agadir. Excellent staff. Good quality food and drinks. Would recommend but not a lot to do apart from eat and drink if it rains like we had for 3 days out of 5.

Wir waren mit sehr vielem Zufrieden.Waren in Pickalbatros Vita Resort in Marsa Alam.
Riesen Anlage. Die Animationen waren stark auf die vielen Polen zugeschnitten. Essen sehr gut, mit abstrichen das Asia.

Lovely hotel staff all lovely.food so good clean rooms this is the best all inclusive and value for money go and enjoy it.

Pickalbatros Neverland in Hurghada is worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Absolutely disgusting. They don’t deserve 2 stars never mind 4 that they claim to have. Definitely never going back again

I can’t find the right words to express how disappointed and extremely disgusted we are with the treatment we received. The treatment we received as black people completely ruined our whole trip.

We were asked multiple times if they could see our all inclusive wrist bands whilst white families whose wrist bands was not visible didn’t get asked at all.
Every time we pointed this out to the staff their excuse was it’s apart of their policy.

Time and time again we saw other visitors walk in with no hassle at all, but when it came to us we were stopped and asked to see the wrist band. My husband walked to meet me outside the reception with my two kids to greet me as I came back from a excursion outside the hotel, and as we turned to walk back into reception the security stopped my husband and asked him to see his wrist band.
This happened multiple time in the hotel grounds like the arcade and bars.
The last straw was when we returned from a quick trip to senzo mall
My husband made a point of asking the security guard at the main entrance if we needed to sign out due to the treatment we have been receiving
Only to be stopped again on our return whilst white families reentered the ground with no issue.

My husband went make a complaint and spoke with the general manager (Islam) he got the head of security and had a meeting with my husband. The head of security sat there sniggering as my husband voiced the terrible treatment we were experiencing.

My husband also voiced to Islam that on the day we arrived we were second in the queue for check in
Behind a lovely white English family and in front of another white family.

We were told to take a seat while the first family checked in
And the family behind us received their all inclusive wrist bands before us.
Hence why my husband refused to leave reception without being shown our room.

The general manager didn’t care just offered to give us free late check out, (which by the way he didn’t do as by 12 o’clock we were locked out of the room). We have two beautiful black kids and for them to experience racism at such a young age, in a place that we spent alot of money to be in is very disappointing and infuriating.

To make matters worse when we were checking out we called for the transport to come to transfer us and our luggage to reception. We sat outside for over 30min waiting whilst multiple transport carts drove past us and picked up other guests. We ended up having to load all our luggage ourselves unto the hotel bus and take that to the reception. If it wasn’t for the kind driver we would have been late for our coach transfer to the airport.

We would have given this hotel a 5* originally because our kids loved all the fun things they were able to do in the hotel grounds. And some of the staff especially in the soprano restaurant were kind and very helpful. The entertainment was top tier and the animation team made it so magical for my kids. But unfortunately the blatant racism which in turn made us feel lesser than other white guest ruined our interior experience. We gave them chance after chance but it was constant. It was no longer a coincidence but a problem a racism problem.

Just returned from an amazing holiday at the Pikalbatros Royal Moderna is Sharm.
This resort is fantastic, there is something for everyone! There are many pools (most heated!), slides for the kids, it’s on the beach, entertainment is brill and the food is fantastic. The staff can’t do enough to help you. Our experience was particularly memorable, especially for my daughter, because of the lovely Mohammed who tended to our room (room 3243!) each day and made the most amazing animal sculptures with towels. It made my daughter’s day to return to our room to see what he had made. He made sure we had everything we needed and he was so welcoming and kind.
I’d really recommend this resort and we will be returning!

Vi havde desværre en del udfordringer under vores ophold på hotellet, som gjorde, at vi ikke fik den oplevelse, vi havde håbet på.
Værelset levede ikke op til den standard som de viste på hjemmesiden, selvom vi havde betalt ekstra for en ferielejlighed frem for et værelse, så var det meget nedslidt. Ventilationen virkede ikke, toilettet løb og køleskabet brummede meget højlydt.

Under vores ophold blev vi beskyldt for at have ødelagt fjernsynet på værelset, hvilket vi finder meget urimeligt. Fjernsynet fungerede fint om morgenen inden vi forlod værelset.
Det gik i stykker mens vi opholdt os ved poolen, hvor det blev opdaget af rengøringen.
Vi undrer os over, hvorfor rengøringen overhovedet tænder fjernsynet, når vi ikke er til stede, og vi stadig havde flere dage tilbage af vores ophold.
Samtidig var det ikke muligt at se, at fjernsynet var beskadiget, når det var slukket, hvilket gør hele situationen endnu mere mærkelig. Det skabte en ubehagelig oplevelse og vi så os nødsaget til at betale for et nyt fjernsyn. Det var en træls oplevelse som vi gerne havde været foruden.

Rengøringen kunne være bedre. Vi oplevede, at rengøringen på værelset ikke levede op til forventningerne. Sengetøjet lugtede, der var gamle nødder under sengen, skidt i krogene, og fladerne var dækket af støv. Det gav desværre ikke et indtryk af, at der blev gjort ordentligt rent, og det var en skuffelse.

Vi håber, at hotellet vil tage disse punkter til efterretning, så fremtidige gæster får en bedre oplevelse.

Marrakech

Our room was located in front of the swimming pools, on the ground floor. On the first day there was a bad drainage smell coming through our room. It was very bad. Also, our bathroom fan wasn’t working, so the bathroom had an awful smell. It was impossible to cope with the smell, so we called for maintenance a few times. Then a couple of workers came and fixed the bathroom fan, which helped a lot. The smell was still there but not so strong as initially. However, the smell from the outside the room was there. There were some drains outside our rooms.

Apart from the smell issue, everything else was average. The room- kettles were worn out. The iron was broken. The teabags were exposed to germs. There were no milk pods in the room.
I would recommend the place to others for one time experience but I wouldn’t go back myself.
There are argon oil and herbal shops near Atlas mountain which are best avoided. They can easily talk you into spending a lot of money. We had the unfortunate experience. The shop we went to is called louarjari cosmetique. The woman there was talking so much and kept on bagging up things that we didn’t ask for. Then she charged us a ridiculous amount. We felt obliged to buy. This experience has left a bad stain on my memory.

Best place for family vaccination. Some pools are heated in the winter periode.
Good service all over.
Very clean pools.
Good variation in the buffet.
Shuttle to privat beach.
Very big thanks from Denmark (princess, boss and big boss) to some good and friendly service personal on the resort.

The new tourist transport service of the hotel Pickalbatros Hôtel du golf Marrakech is bad. The best is to call the taxis that are in front of the hotel, it is cheaper and very professional in addition, very experienced drivers compared to the hotel drivers.
It is also very bad the Night Reception Service, the management and the Nithauditor. They are not at the level of a luxury hotel as it was the hotel before.
The new owner Mr: ABOU ALI must change his collaboration contract with the tourist transport agency, that takes care of it.
And also the bad managers, especially the Nithauditor who is really anything

Best holiday we’ve had in years. Lots to do in the resort, staff all helpful and friendly. Highly recommend especially if you have younger children! Best all inclusive package I’ve experienced regarding food/drinks etc. You’ll never be hungry on site! 4 main meal times from 7am - midnight.
The one and only bad thing to write about for me was a pretty serious one.. The floor tiles around the swimming pools. If they shine - they’re slippy?! Bad choice for health and safety. I personally witnessed a young boy slip and bang has head, then his sister nearly done the same shortly after. Thankfully and luckily he was ok, but it could have been worse.

Impossible to have a quiet moment at this hotel especially in evening where you cannot even sit and eat late dinner and talk because music is playing inhuman loudly. And food is actually good but we are here now and will not recommend it to anybody, and for sure never ever come back
If you want to sleep at 10 pm to get up early for going on a trip. Forget it.

Pickalbatros White Beach Resort - Hurghada, 5 stjernet hotel, dette lever de op til, 5 restauranter, med forskelligt mad for en hver smag, 4 børnepool, 2 voksen pools en kold og en opvarmet, hotellet har sin egen strand, med gode strandsenge og lækker sandstrand. Værelserne er rene og pæne, bliver gjort rent hver dag, toiletterne rundt omkring på hotellet var rene og pæne, alt personale var venlige og hjælpsomme, der er masser af underholdning for børn og voksen, masser af aktiviteter de tilbyder som er billigere end hvis man bestiller via rejseselskabet. Der er en ATM udenfor døren, så man kan hæve penge med det samme. Udenfor hotellet er der en lang boulevard med masser af butikker hvis man vil købe en masser ting og sager.
Kan anbefales til børnefamilier
Tak for en dejlig behagelig ferie.

7 dage på Pickalbatros Citadel Resort Hurghada i November var ren nydelse og meget tilfredsstillende.

Super flotte og rene værelser med massere plads. Vi havde et swim up værelse med havudsigt til to personer, som bestemt var pengene værd.

Udvalget af mad var enormt og kvaliteten af maden kom som en positiv overraskelse med all-inclusive taget i betragtning,
Mulighed for variation med i alt 6 restauranter. Hotellet føltes som en landsby.

Venligt personale som sørgede godt for vi ikke manglede noget.
Pool områderne med opvarmet vand gjorde det ekstra lækkert når det var lidt for meget vind.

Generelt et smukt og velholdt hotel som levede op til vores krav.

Di questa catena abbiamo prenotato a Marsa Alam al Oasis, un resort molto curato, personale Egiziano molto disponibile e laborioso ( in Europa c'è molto da imparare sia x educazione, sia x conoscenza delle lingue partlate ecc-non c'è dubbio il terzo mondo siamo noi), cibo incredibilmente vario e decisamente sopra lo standard, un parco acquatico nuovissimo 2024 che fa impazzire qualsiasi bambino e non solo, pistone e spettacoli tutto davvero curato, ottimo riscontro anche per il centro Spa ( esperienza fantastica, estremamente professionali).
Complimenti alla gestione e soprattutto grazie al personale locale molto disponibile nel resort e in ogni luogo turistico aeroporto compreso.

Stunning 5 star holiday. Reception was stunning, we used to sit and have a drink in there in an evening occasionally. The bedrooms were beautiful, the staff were extremely helpful and really couldn't do enough for you.
My only criticisms are the lack of glasses. I accept that drinks should served in plastic round the pool but not in the bar in an evening. Also red wine in champagne flutes due to lack of glasses. One night we took our glasses from dinner to the bar only to have them taken from us!!
The food was good, sometimes it could have been warmer, if they were an hour into service.
In general excellent and I wouldn't mark them down for the 2 minor points above.

Also Abdul Excursions were superb. We booked 3 trips with Nouri and they were all excellent. One day we wanted a taxi into Agadir and Nouri sent a driver in a nice car who stayed with us. All the excursions good value for money. They have a stand in reception, so definitely go and see them.

We have recently returned from Pickalbatros Blue spa resort in Hurghada. This is a fabulous resort with wonderful staff. The food and drinks were exceptional and everywhere was so clean. The entertainment was great. The attention given to detail to make sure guests enjoyed themselves was second to none. I would particularly like to mention Samouel Mores, Hashem Mohamed, Mohamed Elwakel, Mohamed Mahrous and Mohamed ElNasser who all went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. All the other staff including the entertainment staff were amazing too. We never return to the same resort twice but we have just booked to return in November.

If you meet Ahmed on the beach at this resort and he offers you spa treatment GO AHEAD!
My wife and I had amazing treatment in the spa and we fully recommend you try it out. The head massage was incredible! The masseuse has magic fingers 👍👌

Pickalbatros Resorts sind mit einer der besten Hotels mit in Ägypten was Service, Leistung, Essen und Austattung betrifft. So auch das Aqua Blu Resort in Sharm el Sheikh. Sind seit 20 Jahren Stammgast dort und es ist für uns wie ein 2. Zuhause geworden. Alles stimmt einfach. war 2 Wochen alleine dort. Danke nochmal an Mr. Mohamed Fouda vom Restaurant Team und vielen anderen dort die jeden Tag ihr bestes geben um den Leuten einen super Urlaub zu ermöglichen! Auch Danke ans House Keeping und an Mr. Ibrahim Maher der mein Zimmer jeden Tag super gereinigt hat Danke bis zum nächsten mal!
