Poor quality clothing from China - worst customer service takes weeks for a response - do not buy from this company. Took a month to receive the item.

Buyer Beware!!!!Order took 2 weeks to arrive. When it didn’t fit and I reached out to customer service for details on how to return, they responded to my emails with more questions and it took a week of emails to get the details. They clearly state that the item must be received within 30 days. The email responses from them appear to be a stall tactic. Finally, received the address of where to send it to and it’s in China and going to cost more than the item is worth.

Extremely late delivery. Ordered August 7. Had not received by September 20 when I requested a refund because I couldn't get an update.
Do not recommend.

I ordered for a dress from April until now didn't arrive.. and every time I send email they say we will check and never come back.. I was cheated unfortunately

Dress arrived late, moist and stinky. Poor fit. When I tried to refund and return they don’t offer that option. Terrible. Never buy from here.

true. this website is a scam. at least Shein refunds and supports their bad clothing, and actually has some good things in it. this site is low end, nonsupportive and does not live up to a proper business. run down walk from this site

Ordered a wall shelf locker in November. They sent the wrong one in February and have been chasing them to send the right one since - it’s now been 5 months and they’re ignoring all my emails.

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This company is so incredibly shady considering their website claims that they have high ratings and yet their company doesn't let you write reviews. I ordered a product on November and it's now March. I asked for a refund and they keep reassuring me that its coming every single month. 30 day money back guaranteed huh? It's been 4-5 months and I'm still begging for a tracking number.

Got my order 6 months after I ordered it. it was Christmas reindeer and tree decoration. When it arrived, it had a missing deer and the order was way off. deer were tiny and tress were ugly green and very small. will never do business with this company again!!!

I ordered heated gloves that showed a picture of gloves, batteries and charger. I only got the gloves. When I contacted them they said they didn’t come with batteries. I sent them the picture of what the price included and have since had no response. I also asked for the address to return them to get a refund….and no response. Absolute scam.

Actually less than 1 star! 1 month after ordering an item I still don’t have it. Reaching out to their customer service is a lost cause. You receive an automated message saying waiting for answer from fulfillment department. I’ve requested a refund twice and nothing. Don’t buy from the
M and Amazon should take them down from their site

Scammers. Heated gloves marked 40% off at $49.99 arrived missing the batteries and cables. The photos show they are a set with batteries/cables. When I contacted customer service they notified me that the batteries/cables are NOT included and must be purchased separately. No apology, no attempt to satisfy a customer so now I have a $50 pair of non heated gloves.

I ordered a so called complete set heated gloves that came without power packs...I ordered large size but the ones sent must be medium. The communication was a joke keeping asking for tracking number but reply were silly app sign ins.So gloves are useless £38... up the swany..Avoid Aviod

Definitely a scam - beware. Ordered products in August 2024- never received, they initially said they would resend, now they ghost all emails. No contact numbers. e-mail does not work anymore. Initially they said they had my wrong address, the shipping number provided was false when I contacted the shipping company. Avoid at all costs.

Placed an order on 12/9/2024 and haven’t received the item or a refund which I requested on 12/30/2024. It is now 2/6/25 & I’ve only received emails saying my item was delayed even after asking for a refund multiple times. I still have neither. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It is a scam. Keep your hard earned money and please spread the word.

I received the dress that I ordered but is was a very poor quality and also damaged. I wanted to send it back but the company refused to send me the return instructions. DON'T buy anything from Lyvazza, it is a scam!

I didn't receive my order and asked for a refund.
My request was ignored and I received am email saying that my order was delayed, I have now asked for a refund four times and still they haven't sent it.

Ordered a shelf which never showed up. Got a couple of responses which were non committal. Believe this is a fraudulent company stealing money. Do not buy from them, EVER.
