My order was supplied incorrect
My order was supplied incorrect and when brought to their attention it took days for them to "resolve" the issue by telling me to come back and exchange. I live far away and driving there to resolve their mistake is going to cost me
Sales Order IO204942. My purchase order that was sent was for 15 x Blue aluminium bottles, 2 x red aluminium bottles, 16 x whistles on yellow lanyards. I received 16 x blue aluminium bottles, and the lanyards are red & blue. I can use the lanyards but need the correct qty bottles as well as the fact that they can not all be blue
Order was resolved by Manager

Poor Customer Service & Product Quality
The rep that assisted us wasn't as helpful as we would have liked her to be. Her attitude was never pleasant, and she was not generous with the information a customer typically would need to know
She took long to respond to emails, of which most times you had to follow up with a phone call to get a response/confirmation
Our logo wasn't printed in colour as initially intended - this was only communicated to us after making payment. The reason given indicated that the team had already known this and chose to withhold the information until payment was made
The overall quality of the product was below standard. The print was pixelated and smudged on most of the products. The prints were facing the wrong way, and the general workmanship was poor.
