Trash Consultant Experience
Consultant by the name of "confidence" honestly sounds like hes high or drunk over the phone, i had a simply question, i received an email for a quote for silicon branding trasfer to which has "R15.90ex vat per unit with a R1000 once off setup cost and die charge " , key word being once off, then he says no everytime we order we must pay that fee, so i asked him whats the point of saying once off, are you sure? and then begins to chat nonsense.
Also i had taken the time and effor to send through to these guys a detailed doc on what im looking to get done in terms of branding for my business initialley, the email i got back from them was a vague quote compared to the scope of what i had given in my doc...

Oma-aloitteinen arvostelu
Yes. Short 3 T-shirts.
Order received was wrong. 3-Tshirts with branding were short.
They are very limited in contacting details. When you phone, only provide an e-mail for management. Nobody from management however respond to your e-mail and there is no name coupled to management e-mail address, so you do not know who you speak with / try to speak with.
They also refuse to provide read receipts to your e-mails.
