Review
The sales person I dealt with didn't do her due diligence and was unapologetic about her mistakes. Therefore the order for the sample was delayed resulting in the loss of the procurement of the order.
In future, I would honestly like to be serviced by a different person, please!!

I was very happy for the quick…
I was very happy for the quick turnaround time and the sales service.
The reason why I am giving 3 and not 5 stars is for the fact that - i ordered 15 beach bags in red and white nautical stripes. when i unpacked them - three bags were stained with red spots inside.
because this was an urgent order there was no time to rectify this and some of our clients got bags that were not up to standard. This was unfortunate.

Sorry to hear about this Melissa, please accept our apologies here. We do check stock before dispatching and we will definitely take this up with quality control side. As you said, it is unfortunate as if we had known and you had the time we would have bend over backwards to replace the 3 units that had stains for you as quickly as possible. Again our apologies for this and thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
Excellent service
