Debbie is an absolute magician! 🪄

I completely messed up my hair experimenting at home and ended up looking like Worzel Gummidge 😂. A few salons wouldn’t touch it, so I thought I’d have to shave it all off.

Then I found Debbie in Peter Mark, Level 1 in The Square. She worked absolute magic! The cut, tone and blend are stunning. I’d been wearing a hat for weeks, and now I don’t need it anymore!

My stylist, Kody, is so knowledgeable and understands exactly what my hair issues are. She explains what she thinks needs doing and makes the experience a collaborative one rather than an unsatisfactory coup! So happy with this young lady and her expertise.

So easy to talk to the girls and they know their job great working atmosphere there.

I was welcomed as the desk and helped to the wash basins straight away. Joe my stylist discussed with me my plans for my cut. I was consulted about my preferences for shampoo and conditioner and was given coffee just as I liked it.(No milk or suger} My treatment throughout my visit was 1st.class and I am very happy with the relaxing atmosphere there.

Booked in for a colour and cut. Terrible experience. Firstly I was offered a permanent colour no questions asked. Permanent colour is for grey hair only! I had to explain that if I wanted a change this wouldn’t be ideal! Me telling the “professional”. I was given a one tonal flat colour that doesn’t match my ends and she didn’t give me the blow dry I asked for. Insisted on a straight blow dry and then use a hot tool at the end. Then proceeded to only use the tool on the front of my hair. Didn’t give me the cut I wanted either. It was very careless. I paid 117 euro for this service. Absolute joke.

I always have a great experience with Peter Mark athlone. Elise is very is excellent at her job and I’m always so happy with my hair. The team in general are really good: no matter what the interaction, it’s always personal and professional.

She’s a lovely girl, but unfortunately I don’t think she was experienced enough to do it properly. I was very disappointed with the finished look. It was far too tight and ended up looking quite messy.

When people are paying for a upstyle it’s for a special event, they’re paying to have it done properly with a confident and experienced person , this is management fault not the employee
