Great corporate sales team, dedicated to help on the phone and via email. The Perx Reward product is simply second to none. Having a dedicated Mastercard to use around the World is simply amazing. Well done all!

I have always used the PERX cards however i will not be using again. I rang this morning to see if i could change my physical card to a digital as many shops now don't have terminals that accept the swipe option therefore not practical in many situations. There really should be a pin option if this is the case as it limits where you can use them. On ringing first i was told that i should contact my employer as my name did not match , i advised i was the employer. Therefore my employees would have been diverted back to me. It was clear the caller took the number of my card down incorrectly and i had to prompt further for her to recheck. My details were then verified and i was just advised that this was not an option. Very unhelpful and i advised that i wouldn't be using perx this year for my employees. I have been advised that Clevercards is a good alternative so we will try these this year.

Ellie and Hayden promptly sorted out my issue with activating my Perx card, I had issue with getting the surname correct as I have an apostrophe in my second name which caused problems as I was using wrong character. They correctly identified this issue quickly, even updating me on the weekend, and now my card is ready to go.

Customer service was very satisfactory. Larissa got back to me in a timely manner and helpfully provided a courteous follow up to what had been an error on my side.

Perfect way to use, no worries about a payment later

I lost a Perx card and contacted them via email at perxcardsupport at emlpayments.com. I dealt with Hayden and Ellie and they sent me a replacement card and activated it within a couple of days and it worked perfectly.

I have been using the Perx services for a few years now & I find the experience 10/10. A shout out to one of your employees Craig Jewitt, he is a true asset to your company so a big thank you to him for his assistance when I needed it.

Perx card is a terrible service, I have received their cards multiple times from work. It has never once worked the way it is supposed to and it is always a massive hassle to activate a card, or do anything with this company. How they are still in business, I do not know.

The agent was very helpful. He couldn’t resolve the issue but passed it to the tech dept and they emailed me quite quickly with a resolution.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I felt the service that I received from Perx warranted recognition. After contacting Perx's support team via email I received a prompt reply with clear, actionable steps. Each email I sent received a response in less than 2 hours and the case was resolved quickly. Great service, no complaints.

The correspondences from Perx was timely and informative and it made it easy for me to make my claim..

Try to use card. Doesn't work.

Must activate 3D security.
Need pin code.
Don't recall setting a pin code.
Activate 3D security.

Try to use card.
Transaction denied.
Check account - 3D security not actually active.
Finally, after days of trying, spend gift card.

Every step of the way is laborious and unnecessary. The whole experience is designed to prevent you from spending the funds, so they can quickly make them evaporate with their €3 monthly "maintenance" racket.

For anyone considering gifting this "prepaid" experience from hell. DO NOT USE PERX!

I had an issue with setting up the card, the Perx staff were excellent is sorting out my query. Very quick to respond and very pleasant to deal with.

Responded very quickly to my query even over the weekend and fully resolved the difficulties I was having. Excellent customer service
