Dreadful response from Perx
Dreadful response from the people at Perx when I tried to reactivate a card that I had purchased even dispite showing them the invoice I still had for it. I was given a complete runaround and after several email requests, they showed a complete lack of service to customers. Wouldn't approach them again for anything.

It is a great way of rewarding staff…what about the small remaining balance?
It is a great way of rewarding staff and a very convenient system, except when you come down to small balances. I suggest that you have a transfer to a charity of your choice option and another option to transfer the small balance on one Perx card to another Perx card. It is very annoying that Perx simply take back the last few euro.
