Going through a tough time at the moment I need a little bit of breather. Simon was able to accommodate my hardship factors of the current situations of my relationships and family. The extension has given me a little bit of hope. He guided me through options and suggested a few other things that could help me work towards my repayments, I couldn't ask for a better assistant to make this happen. Thank you again. Simone. I was very nervous about calling today as I was behind in my payments due to an illness and surgery. The lady I spoke with was lovely. She reassured me everything would be ok and she was there to help me.

The asset is under my name, while the loan is under my partner’s name. My partner is currently in Japan and has already emailed your team requesting an urgent loan statement. We have also submitted the third-party authorisation form to allow me to manage the matter on his behalf.
We were advised that the urgent statement would be provided within one day, while the third-party authorisation form could take up to three business days to process.
This matter is extremely urgent, and we are relying on your assistance to resolve it as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the way our concerns were handled and the manner in which the information was communicated did not make us feel supported or understood.
I understand that your services may be helpful to many customers, but based on our experience, the assistance and communication we received were very disappointing. We were simply seeking help with an urgent matter, yet we left the conversation feeling helpless and frustrated.
