I recently purchased some stationary from Pen heaven but had forgotten an item. Not only did Joe amend the order quickly without any issue but he also added it in for free as a goodwill gesture. To top it off I got my order within a couple of days.

I ordered a silver pencil which arrived promptly but the end had snapped. I advised Pen Heaven who responded immediately and without any fuss sent a replacement pencil by special delivery

Had a dysfunctional pen supplied (which was the manufacturers responsibility) by Pen Heaven, but it was dealt with by Joe in a very personal way including several phone calls and the problem was thus sorted and a replacement part supplied.

Absolutely great service!!! I had ordered 3 pens from pen heaven, it was my very first order from Pen Heaven so I had a doubt whether it would arrive on time. So I contacted them via email, to my surprise and relief Joe from Pen heaven replied me straight away. And he contacted me via telephone as well just to reassure me they have got everything under control. And I got everything delivered before time as Joe promised me. It was such a great experience. Recommend to everyone!!!

Sent out a dysfunctional pen with the wrong cartridges. When approached did respond very quickly, but made it clear that a refund was not on the cards. I was given advice to use a warm water procedure to remove dried ink from a supposedly new pen. This did not work. Very confusing to be given the wrong cartridges and this masked the issue with the pen itself. Lots of hassle and still no working pen.

My wife is a teacher and started a new job, as a teacher she loves stationery!

I wanted to mark the occasion so bought her a Cross pen with an engraving.

Pen Heaven were brilliant, the price was excellent, service door-to-door was quick and the pen absolutely stunning, the engraving was exactly what I ordered.

Top marks for service, as I forgot to select urgent postage on my item, and Joe sorted the issue for me so I received my photo album in time! No quibbles, no messing, just an excellent and speedy response. In addition, the item is really nice quality and perfect for what I need.

Well what a treat! I was reviving an old Parker Sonnet with a new nib and ran into ink flow problems. Eventually I called them on the EASILY AVAILABLE support number (rare these days?) and spoke to Joe who is a major asset to the company. He was brilliant, committed to getting it sorted. Sent me a new ‘converter’ free of charge (and an apology for something he wasn’t responsible for!) because the pen was old and there had been an upgrade. Result! Brilliant. Like all the other reviews I’m delighted to have bought from Pen Heaven. Well done Joe, and whoever employs him… or perhaps HE is the Boss??!!

Ordered an Filo Fax and a Caran D’Ache pen. Delivery was very quick and items were as stated. I ordered the pen with blue ink and it came black, mentioned it to Pen Haven and they very kindly replaced the ink cartridge which came the following day. Excellent service all round.

This is the first time i've ordered two Cross ballpoints from Pen Heaven. I by mistake order on 1-3 days delivery option whereas I needed it to be delivered next day. I wrote an email and Joe replied promptly that he's updated the order at no extra cost. I've received the pens today and must say they are better than they looks on the website. Very pleased with the service, prices and delivery. Keep up the good service

Parker pen broke after 2 weeks of light use...
Contacted customer services for new one, spoke with Joe, who has responded quickly and arranged to send a new one out, good customer service. Hopefully the new pen does not break again!
