After just 2 weeks on lockdown in Mallorca Spain my treadmill took a battering and as such the belt soon became unserviceable. Spain didn't have the right belt so I though I'd have to turbo and do circuits for the foreseeable future. This had a direct impact on my moral! Anyway I contacted Commercial Parts For Treadmill and they identified the belt I needed and dispatched it asap. I didn't hold much hope of seeing the belt anytime soon, so it was with much excitement I received the belt just 7 days later. 2 hours after that the treadmill was back up and running. Thanks guys for getting this belt to me - saved my sanity.

I have a Bodymax B2 spin bike and the computer display had stopped working. I tried to get a replacement from the manufacturer, but it was horrendously expensive. I searched the internet and found the "Parts for treadmill" site on which I saw the BC8526 fitness bike computer. This seemed like just what I needed, so for the price I saw it for I'll risk it. I ordered one.
On arrival I unpacked the computer and offered it to the bike. I noticed it had a slightly different connection plug, and different fixing holes. I first temporarily connected the computer with a couple of connecting wires and proved that it worked O.K. The fixings were duly sorted, then I changed the plug from the old computer to the new lead, plugged it in, and away it went.
It has been on the bike now for 3 months, and works really well. Good clear display, and all the functions you should need on a spin bike.

I ordered a new walking belt for my treadmill and incorrectly measured it, they were happy to replace it, also I was advised on how to measure and fit it by the supplier.

Ordered Lower motor controller "DCMD76" Jan-16-2019
Recieved after 4 weeks. Board was dead on arrival.
Contacted Customer Service via email "Luca Pasqualotto" with pictures. They asked to perform basic trouble shooting steps. After several email exchanges it was deemed that board is dead on arrival. They asked it should be sent back. I spent $70 in shipping to send it back hoping to recieved full refund.
Partsfortreadmill.com charged me import fee and refunded partial payment.

Pros: Responsiveness is hit or miss, at times you will get response with in 2 hours and other times it can take 2 weeks.

Conds: Very poor quality control, parts are dead on arrival, cumbersom process of returning and GOOD Luck GETTING FULL REFUND.

Parts for Treadmill has let me down. Parts were sent to Italy for repair and sent back still not working on not 1 but 2 occasions on the same repair. We have communicated with them on a continuous basis and a refund for us being refused unless parts are sent to them to keep. Considerable moneys spent and no satisfaction. Beware and wary they will not work with anyone if things dont go right... All it takes is to make an effort to resolve or fix the problem and bear responsibility.

I sent off parts to this company twice for the same repair. Both times i was charged but parts were not repaired. Then they would not issue refund unless i let them keep the parts. My advice is to avoid.

Further to companies reply . Using the exact same parts as in the partsfortreadmill.com video, same fault is still present. ( which was meant to be repaired)

Pointless even trying to talk to this company. Also the positive reviews they do have i would question as well.

I tried several other vendors for the Treadmill Motor I urgently needed. Treadmill Parts was the only vendor who, not only provided the part, but provided valuable information on the installation and the maintenance, which no other vendor did. I would recommend Treadmill Parts without hesitation.
