Parts for Treadmill Arvostelua 

Haben bei einen defekten Bedienteil für Masagesessel mir geholfe.
Man muß immer wieder nachfragen und hatte eine lange Wartezeit auf das Bedienteil, aber hat sich gelohnt, ist halt auch geschuldet, daß es nur in Italien repariert werden konnte!
Bei jeder Nachfrage wurde beim Reperateur, dann doch die Info eingeholt, diese nicht lange dauerte.

Haben mir bei meinem Problem mit einer Platine sehr gut geholfen und es war ein sehr angenehmer Kontakt. Man sollte sich halt nur etwas Zeit nehmen. Ansonsten Topp!

Die haben gleich nach meiner fehler Beschreibung, die richtige Diagnose gestellt und mir das Bauteil genannt, welches ich dann mit Hilfe der gut beschriebenen Anleitungen auf der Homepage selber eingebauten konnte.
Die steuerplatine war gut und sicher verpackt. Ich kann diese firma aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen.

I requested a new deck for my treadmill and the material was totally wrong - it was rough on one of the sides and it was made of plywood (which is totally wrong as it would be high impact for my knees) not the smooth flexible material decks are normally made off . I also requested a cut, thinking it would made of the right material which would have meant its position wouldn't really matter as both sides of the deck would be exatly the same. There was also no information on their site that one of the sides was rough.

When I reported I couldn't place the deck correctly, as I was unlucky enough for the cut to force me to put the rough side up, they kept making excuses for why they couldn't send me a new deck or refund me.

There is no complaints process for this company and they never answer their phones.

I am €115 out of pocket.

Update: 27th of October 2022
The company has now replied to my review using the same excuses as they did on the emails they sent me.

My old deck only broke after 15 years of use! I think that hardly qualifies as breaking easily.

Wood isn’t an appropriate material for decks because it doesn’t cushion impact on the knees and it causes friction on the belt.

Furthermore the cut was made by the company, not by myself, and nowhere in their specifications internet page is there a warning that one of the sides of the deck is rough.

This is all irrelevant anyway because the material of the deck isn’t right. Despite what they are claiming.

I haven’t had a resolution to my issue.
I am still €115 out of pocket with a useless treadmill deck.

Their reply is proof that they are selling inadequate parts and not taking responsibility or resolving disputes adequately.

Second update 27th of October 2022 - reply to second reply:
I have received another reply from the business. And again they show how they will not take responsibility for their products.
I repeat, there is no mention that one of the sides of the deck is rough on their site.
Also, if we are going on technicalities, the deck isn’t solid wood. The deck is made of plywood. So another inconsistency.

And as far as I know a customer is allowed to see a product and realise it’s not good quality and complain about it. Also, if the business had provided an adequate service I wouldn't have become digruntled and I wouldn't have researched this in more depth and discovered the inadequacy of the material.

And if we are going to be specific here, this product was bought to fix my elderly mother's treadmill, for her to walk indoors during the winter. And as you can imagine I want her to be safe.

In regard of sending the deck back:
I have repeatedly explained to the business that the way the deck mounts is asymmetrical, which means new holes would have to be drilled for the bolts which would impair the structure of the deck.
Also no offer was made for this to be picked up for free, and this is a heavy bulky item, which means I would be further out of pocket if I thought that sending it back was the right thing to do.

Ayant payé le montant pour obtenir le bouton interrupteur nécessaire au fonctionnement de mon moteur linéaire pour canapé et finalement n'en ayant plus eu besoin, l'entreprise m'a remboursé immédiatement et intégralement la somme complète sans aucune retenue... alors là... BRAVO ! par les temps qui courent, cela devient vraiment très rare.

I bought a part for my treadmill. they sent the wrong thing. Then I had to pay 30 euros to return it. And when Treadmill got it back they refunded 50 euros less because they had to test the part. This is theft. They are real scammers!

Ich lies meine Massagstuhl Steuerung reparieren, die Kommunikation war hervorragend und die Reparatur verlief zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit, ich kann es nur empfehlen.

I brought a part from them a year before and it was fine the correct one as shown on their website photo. Second time I need that same part however I got sent a far taller and wider in areas of where bearings go, I knew straight away this could be problems.
I tried to put it on and it would not fit so I emailed and they wanted me to send the part back + the old part the one they sent me the first time at my expense to match it, which would be about the price of the part to begin with. I said no I shouldn't have to send my part back and gave the measurements but will so if they pay the return. They went quite for days so I said I will right a review if no advice on what to do is given. They promptly replied and told me to change the bearings to fit the part. So I went online and found out they were none-standard bearings so had to buy a pack of 10 from China or spend even more else where. They arrived I removed the old bearing off electric motor and replaced with the new ones and then put it together to find the carbon filters are set to high because the part is taller so they grind into the top of the copper part causing smoke and big cuts into the carbon filters . 12+ hours messing around spending more on bearings from China, taking it apart so so many times to get it to work but the part can not work because it's no the right part like the first one I brought and even looks different from the one in the photo that I thought I was getting. The first time I brought it was the one shown and a easy fix.. I emailed about the part being different and they said it was the one they had on hand at the time of my order.
So my advice is to be careful, will be a hit or miss if you get the right part and if it's a miss you will be the one fitting the problems that go along with it and the bill. I have not much option but to look for a new treadmill now :(

***EDIT TO REPLY: NOTE I was only informed there are two version to the part after the purchased and had the part in my hands, it said no where of that anywhere and after I saw updated changing of bearings was added to site after I asked for a replacement. There was no measurements yes that is true and they had no idea of the measurement differences of the parts but I do because I have both parts and sent them the measurement differences, instead they asked me before hand to send both old and new part to match to them at my expense, that's crazy? They don't know their parts!! I sent the part differences and know them better than they do and sent them pictures with measurements, that was when they then told me to change the bearings.
If knew before I would have waited as long as it took to get the right part, why would I want the other version it makes no sense. As stated I changed the motor bearings and it slides in fine but because it is taller the carbon brushes sit high because the part is taller so hit the top of the copper, I spent 12+ hours on it so I know if the part works or not. I don't care if the part comes from China or Timbuktu or anywhere and I never said anything about it if you read above but that "I brought none-standard bearings from China because the are not standard being typical bearing size". Just a part like last time same purchase that fits was all I wanted don't care where it's made.
In reference to not email back, I got covid right after there email saying I should get bearings, so after recovering I had to track them down because the are non-standard there was no one in my country selling them, so found them in China and got them sent that takes time. As stated I fitted the bearing pushed holder all the way down possible and nope brushes sit to high hit copper top and get shredded.
--Actually I did leave a positive review from my other account I no longer use the .us site that I believe showed up here about great shipping tracking, but deleted it when my emails were ignored for many days until I said I would leave a review and then got a rapid reply.
I hope people can see, when you are dealing with (parts for treadmill) if you have a problem buying a part and that is similar but not the same part they show you or even brought last time it will be your problem to deal with not theirs to make right.
I've never had a company like this so will let others know it's a hit and miss when dealing with them and if its a miss its not their problem

I couldn't have had more help! I needed parts for my treadmill and had been searching worldwide for them as my model treadmill is now obsolete. This company, and particularly Lourdes, have gone out of their way to help me and I am very grateful!

J'appréhendais un peu le changement de la bande de marche de mon energetics power 1400 et surtout de passer par une compagnie étrangère, (en France on ne trouve personne). J’ai été très bien conseillée pour trouver une solution de dépannage de mon tapis. La console ne fonctionnait plus Or le moteur allait très bien.
