I have an ageing own brand Treadmill…
I have an ageing own brand Treadmill that stopped working. The original suppliers were of no help and told me the parts were no longer available.
Parts for Treadmill asked me loads of questions and requested detailed photos etc.
They suggested they had a part that should work and had the same connections, but if it didn't for whatever reason, I could return it for a full refund.
I ordered it, it arrived a few days later, and to my pleasant surprise with a little fiddling around it worked and I hope I have a few more years use of my treadmill. I would certainly use ‘Parts for Treadmill’ again.

I contacted them because the motor of my treadmill is not manufactured anymore, they were able to supply an electrically compatible motor to replace mine and now my treadmill is up and running! Great customer service!

Commande passée d’un moteur soit disant identique pour mon tapis de course proform ; le moteur reçu n’était non seulement pas le même mais il est spécifié comme incompatible avec mon tapis d’après le technicien, spécialisé et qualifié par le fabricant, qui est finalement intervenu.
Au final, après une foultitude de mail échangés, j’en suis pour plusieurs centaines d’euros de ma poche 🙁
Logistique UK donc pas de reprise car pas obligés de le faire.
Répose à Treadmills : La réponse est malheureusement erronée car je recherchais la ref d'origine figurant sur le moteur d'origine !!! le produit proposé était celui la et il était d'occasion (longue) rien qu'a voir la taille du charbon !!! Il ne restait vraiment plus grand chose.
Si l'échange avec un moteur dit d'origine était possible, pourquoi celui-ci n'a jamais été proposé lorsque j'ai signalé pour la première fois que le moteur livré ne fonctionnait pas ?
Et pour information, il n'est même pas agronomiquement identique et était du coup très compliqué a installé dans la cage d'origine :(
Puisque vous avez bien identifié mon dossier, je vous prie donc de bien vouloir me permettre de renvoyer à vos frais le moteur livré et de me retourner un moteur d'origine.

On the website product page all instructions and information how to install the compatible motor are provided and furthermore our customer care wrote you again all the details. We also have technicians in France which can do the installation (paid) at customer's premises. If you wanted the original motor, you should have returned the compatible, for an exchange. Please note that just like every other shop, during the return period you are allowed to return the motor for a refund or replace. At the end of the return period you are allowed to return for a replacement but not for a refund.

A l'époque, nos techniciens étaient en contact permanent avec vous, vous expliquant les différences possibles entre les moteurs, et leur fonctionnement. Le dernier message de notre équipe est que le moteur est compatible et que tout peut fonctionner correctement. Après ce message, vous ne nous avez pas contactés pendant un an, et maintenant vous laissez une mauvaise critique et demandez un remboursement. Toutes les politiques et tous les détails techniques sont indiqués sur notre site Web, de sorte que vous en avez été informé à tout moment. Nous sommes désolés que vous ne soyez pas satisfait et que nous ne puissions pas répondre à vos demandes maintenant, pour des raisons évidentes.
Moteur tapis de course
J'ai commandé un moteur pour un tapis de course, j'ai payé via paypal (si vous commandez chez eux, je recommande paypal, la société étant basée à Malte).
L'argent à été débité immédiatement puis plus de nouvelles pendant une semaine à part un mail proposant un rendez-vous visio à moitié prix ( car client ayant acheté un moteur compatible, le compatible étant souligné: première alerte) avec un technicien pour voir le processus de changement de moteur.
J'ai envoyer un mail pour savoir quand le moteur me serait envoyé vu qu'il était noté comme étant en stock et que l'argent avait été encaissé et que cela faisait une semaine.
Réponse 48h plus tard, "je vais transmettre votre mail au service expédition".
24 h plus tard je reçois un mail qui m'annonce qu'ils ont un moteur compatible d'occasion, qu'ils peuvent me l'envoyer et me rembourser une somme d'environ 33% de ce que j'ai payé.
Pour les autres pièces détachées je ne sais pas mais pour les moteurs j'ai l'impression que ce sont des copies chinoises annoncées à un prix normal avec une remise 50 % , qu'ils se les font expédier de chine et qu'ils n'ont aucun contrôle sur ce qui est en stock ou non.

Our website sells both original and compatible parts for treadmills. The
original parts come all from China. It is not our choice. If you look
the label on your treadmill, the treadmill is made in China. So how can
you think the original part to be manufactured somewhere else? When
possible we buy the compatible parts from European manufacturers. The
original parts we should buy from the original manufacturer and thus if
they chose China as production location we can't do anything.
Regarding the original parts the European distributors of the
manufacturers should keep them in stock, however sometimes they don't
have. We apologize if the customer service sent you wrong information
regarding the delivery time (it was the delivery time promised from the
manufacturer at that time). We offered the compatible spare parts or a
refund, so why you simply didn't reply to our team what you wanted,
instead of writing this offensive post on Trustpilot?

Kommunikationen var inte toppen då det tog lång tid innan jag fick svar och uppdateringar hur det gick för min order. Men i slutändan är jag mycket nöjd då jag fick produkten och den var svår att få tag på.

Following a failure on my runner
Following a failure on my runner, Treadmill' team, in a professional way helped me. Fisrt, they tested the motor controller MC 2100E. Unfortunatelly the part was damaged. Treadmill proposed me an interchangeable one MC 2100 ASTEK with all explanation to connect it on the runner. Now the runner works well. Many thanks to treadmill team.

J’ai un vieux tapis qui…
J’ai un vieux tapis qui dysfonctionnait, des comportements assez erratiques. J’ai décidé, sans trop y croire, de solliciter l’aide de parts for treadmill. D’abord, j’ai été agréablement surpris par l’accueil très sympathique de mes sollicitations, puis par le sérieux des réponses techniques puisque mon tapis fonctionne de nouveau pour un moindre coût après un achat sur leur site. En résumé, bonne approche clientèle, bons conseils techniques, prix attractifs et livraison rapide. Mérite donc bien les 5 étoiles.

Estafa. No envían la pieza que compras, envían compatibles más baratas
Compre una pieza, en el título ponía marca y modelo y la foto era la original y por lo tanto el precio era más alto. En el mail de la compra ponía perfectamente la marca y modelo de la original pero me mandaron una pieza China compatible.
No conseguí la devolución del dinero, la única opción que me ofrecieron fue que pagara yo todos los gastos de envío, lo enviara a Italia y después de comprobar ya me avisaban.
Como la tienda está en otro país poco más se puede hacer.

company is a complete shambles
I wouldnt even give one star, treadmill broke down couple of mths ago. We found this company and got in touch with them about getting replacement motor. After frw weeks of poor communication we still went ahead and ordered. Put the poor communication down to fact there was virus and people not working normal hours etc. When we finally got the motor it didnt fit belt was too short. So we decided to return it and just get refund. As we couldnt use it at all . Eventually we after several attempts to find out what story was, we found out motor was delivered, tested and the company in italy says there is problem with the motor. Motor we never used, never connected did nothing with except see if it fits in machine. And again we cant get in touch with anyone. Uk wont answer phone, Italy says they cant help their english not great all of sudden. The company is complete rip off. Badly run and unorganised. They have no problem taking ur money but soon as u want refund they are hard to get through to, and make out there is a problem with a motor u never used.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless u want to loose money. We still waiting for something to be sorted if they ever get their act togther

Totally rip off company. They supplied a motor, offered a discount, the motor was not any good so, i was told to return it to italy. The company agreed to pay postage etc, however, they did not only refund the full value of the motor but, they did not refund postage costs. They are not prepared to pay back anymore & are totally obstinate & no empathy towards customers.

We are sorry for the unpleasant experience you had. You purchased two motors from us and one of them was not working well according to you. You decided to return the motor to our warehouse and selecting the most expensive shipping service to return the motor from the UK to Italy and paid £112.
According to our return policies (https://www.partsfortreadmill.com/return-policy) the return cost to be paid by the recipient and our agents didn’t receive any email from you asking for the return policies (even if everything is clearly stated on the website) or suggestions for convenient shipping services to be used for the return of the package! Saying that, our agents have never stated that the shipping costs are included in the product amount because that is a rule stated on the website and followed for all the customers!
Please consider that we ship with DHL, UPS, GLS etc. from Italy to UK and the opposite, and we never paid even half of that amount for heavier packages.
However, since the return costs on your case were too expensive, we decided to partially refund the return costs along with the refund of the second motor!
Despite our decision to partially refund the costs you paid to return the package, you are not convinced with the service received from our staff. We did our best to make you a happy customer and to fulfill your requests!

J ai commandé un controleur que j ai par mégarde grillé et que j ai dû retourner. Je n ai que des compliments à faire sur la bienveillance et le professionnalisme la patience de Milica mon interlocutrice et un service technique toujours à l écoute et extremement compétent. The response from this terrible company to my review below is a LIE - I simply cannot believe how unprofessional this company is - absolutely shocking! I have called you 17 times and and sent you 12 messages on whatsapp (as this is what you use) and sent you 8 emails! Not only you were not able to answer my questions but you completely ignored me until I left you a negative review here! This is utterly shocking behaviour as your manager has lied to me in writing that the product was shipped and that was never the case!!! I received a call from you where I was threatened that I will never receive my money back unless I remove my 100% objective and accurate review (and I quote: “my boss told me to tell you that”!!!!!!!!!!! This company should NOT exist - terrible absolutely terrible service! Please everyone just do NOT buy anything from them!

We are sorry for the unpleasant experience you had with our sales team. This is a rare situation we are facing after years of experience in the market. You placed the order on 4th of August and the packages require 2-3 working days to be processed from the supplier’s warehouse before being shipped.
Unfortunately, the motor supplier informed us on 5th of August that your part was out of stock and that would be available within 1 week. Knowing this, our sales agent reached out to you via email to let you know.
Furthermore, you contacted on our Facebook page regarding this concern. The customer support
provided the contact number of sales team and the email address where you could have asked for more information. The sales agents receive phone calls from Monday-Friday, from 09:00-12:30 and during this time slot they didn’t receive any call from you. Moreover, when the customers call after the above-mentioned time slot, we receive notifications and follow those accordingly.
As about being blocked on messenger, our goal is to provide solutions to the customer's problems and to ensure that each customer has received the required solution. We make sure that our team member’s have a customer-oriented behavior.
Last, but not least, your order has been successfully cancelled and refunded since 8th August 2020, (4 days after you placed it)!
We extend again our apologies for your experience.

Ordered a motor on the 1st of august…
Ordered a motor on the 1st of august and paid £14 for postage, it was advertised As “next day shipping” on the website. On the 5th of august the item was booked for shipping and a tracking number was generated. I emailed them multiple times and didn’t get a reply. I contacted them everyday on whatsapp and no reply. Called multiple times and was told someone from the “right” department would call me back. They didn’t. I even contacted dhl and even they confirmed that the item was not in their possession and they haven’t received anything, Just that a shipping number was generated. Then after 25 days dhl got the motor and was delivered on the 28th. Obviously after waiting 20 days I didn’t expect to get anything as all i got was a tracking number that was stuck, so I bought a brand new treadmill for £300. So I didn’t need the motor and when I contacted them they said i need to return the heavy motor that needs a big sturdy package back to italy and that i would be the one paying. Even though its their fault. Avoid them or be ready to wait a month with no updates.

We are sorry for the unpleasant experience you had with our sales team. You placed the order on 1st of August and the packages are shipped in the following working day and not delivered in the next working day (except for the products which need to be configured or tested at our LAB).
Unfortunately, in this case the product was out of stock and we were expecting it to arrive by the end of July. The motor supplier informed us on 5th of August that your part was out of stock and that would be available within 1 week. Knowing this, our sales agent informed you via email saying there was a delay receiving the item from the supplier.
As you have mentioned, we had already booked the shipment with DHL and provided you the tracking number so you could track it as soon as the motor was shipped from our warehouse. Saying that, the motor was shipped on 25th of August and delivered to you on 28th of August. We shipped the motor knowing that you were still interested on having the product. Since you purchased a brand-new treadmill, you could have reached us and cancelled the order.
The cancellation request was received from your side only after the motor was delivered. However, the refund was possible only following the Return & Refund Policies clearly stated on our website. Our agents instructed you how to return the package and which shipping service would be more convenient for you. After the package was successfully returned to our side, we processed the refund to your account.
The emergent sanitary situation in all the world has a strong impact on the shipping companies and not only. Despite all, we are working to fulfill the orders on time and to support our customers as much as possible!
Once again, we apologies for your experience!

Ordered a new motor belt for treadmill
Ordered a new motor belt for my treadmill which was slipping. Belt was shipped from Italy which took a few weeks to arrive. After fitting it was slipping worse than previously. After contacting them I received a response shortly after requesting pictures of the motor which I sent. They then sent a slightly shorter belt (again from Italy which took two weeks) free of charge which worked perfectly.
In summary, delivery takes longer than I would have liked but customer service was spot on. I had also contacted nordic as it was their treadmill and they were next to useless.
