Park Inn by Radisson Arvostelua 

I staying in the hotel in Albany Georgia. The room had double Queen beds. One bed had blood stains sheets, blood on the floor and the air condition didn't work. The room stayed hot and when the air condition unit cut on there was a loud noise the whole time it was on. AWEFUL will never stay in in the Park Inn by the Radisson again. Disappointed in the Radisson.

This review is on the hotel by Oslo airport. When I made my reservation the website stated there was free parking. After I had checked in I was informed there was a charge for parking. If I had known there was a change in policy (the webpage still showed free parking) I would have chosen another hotel further up the motorway. False marketing. Fix the website and inform your guests. I booked directly via the Radisson App. Otherwise you shouldn’t charge your guests - which you did weeks later.

I decided to provide a review of Park Inn by Radisson, Cardiff City Centre before I leave the hotel for 3 reasons:

1) After booking the room, the level of aftercare provide, offering support to ensure my needs were met on arrival was very good (CSAT score: 8/10)
2). On arrival, front desk staff PEACE was outstanding. She deserves an employee of the month award for her attention to detail, care and support to those checking in and out of the hotel. From the moment that I arrived, desperate to find the ladies, to arriving back at the desk when she was attending to someone else, to helping me sort out my car prepayment, to booking a taxi for me to a birthday party venue, Peace delivered exceptional service. (CSAT score: 11/10)
3) My room was very pleasant; nothing like many of the reviews portrayed. The room was squeaky clean, carpet clean, bed linen fresh. I have a room overlooking reception. I don’t have an issue looking out of the window onto the reception area. The blackout curtains worked well. CSAT score: 7/10. Breakfast wasn’t as great as some of the reviews portrayed. For that reason, I would give a CSAT score: 5/10.

Overall, Peace has made my first experience with this hotel brand a memorable one, on par with the Marriott or Four Seasons. For this reason, I give an overall CSAT score or 8.5/10 and a NPS rating of Yes to recommending others to use the hotel, but to check in and check out with Peace if she is on the front desk.

Complaint repeatedly Ignored

My wife and I stayed between 12-14 July ‘24, firstly we arrived around 7pm on 12 July. Having received an email advising to use the car park across the road, we attempted to do this but it was full due to an event at the AO Arena. I drove off and attempted to call the hotel reception around 10 times using the telephone number provided on the email (0161 832 7474) The first call was answered and immediately cut off, the next weren’t answered at all. I was simply seeking advice where else we could park. I had to find somewhere myself. When I arrived at reception it was quiet and I couldn’t understand why my calls weren’t answered. I mentioned this and was met with a blank expression by your receptionist. While in the room I wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness initially. I wanted to make a cup of tea and I couldn’t as I realised the spoons were filthy, something like chocolate or faeces on it. Also one cup was stained. It wasn’t a great first impression. This was reported to reception but I was just told to take cups from the conference area. Most frustrating was the TV. It constantly kept cutting out to a black screen and we had to restart it to get a picture again. (This was reported to reception during stay - unresolved) and at check out, at which point we were offered a free breakfast but as we had to get home, we couldn’t accept it.

Also the noise generally outside the room got the entire stay made it difficult for us to enjoy the stay.

I’m sorry to complain but the stay wasn’t enjoyed or restful because of these things and we had paid £360 for two nights. I would expect a lot more in terms of standards considering the amount we paid.

I complained twice to Park Inn Manchester City Centre directly as the online form wouldn’t work, only to be ignored both times. Do better please.

Before I left this review, I’ve given them five days to respond to our complaint - giving them benefit of the doubt. No reply.

We were very disappointed with our room’s cleanliness & practicality. I have detailed a few of the issues below.

- plug sockets around the mirror area were too low so we were unable to plug in hairdryer & Straightener to get ready and sockets were broken in other areas

- blood was splattered all over the mirror in the bathroom

- Tea stains all over the work surfaces, mugs were dirty (used)

- a boiling hot day/night and only a broken fan in the room.

- thick with dust on all surfaces.

- stains all over the carpet, towels and bedding

- bath not rinsed out before we arrived

- only one small pillow each in the room

- handles hanging off the cupboards

We were not asked on checkout how our stay was. I assume the reason for this is that they know it’s a shoot hole and just want to take your money and hide.

We spent more money than we’ve paid to stay at Park Plaza in a fortnight and I’ve stayed in motorway services that were cleaner.

Extremely disappointed with what was otherwise a great weekend in Cardiff.

Saturday the 24’th of February. The worst hotel experience. The reception didn’t care about anyone. They just stood and looked at there screens, no service, no nothing. Two hours before arrival we called and ask for a toddle bed. When we arrived, there was non.
We choosed the hotel because of the possibility of charging electric cars. When we arrived, there was only one plug, and it was all ready in use. The reception couldn’t tell when it was avaliable, even though there was a sign outside that said max 4 hours of charging and no overnight charging.
People don’t give a s..t, not even the bartender. I thought, that when it was a Radisson Hotel, you would get a decent level of service. But apparently no

Stayed in Antwerp. Very decent staff. Breakfast was in a different hotel but the breakfast was great! Will come here again.

Benyttede hotellet i forbindelse med besøg i hovedstaden. Selve hotellet er slidt, men har rigtig god beliggenhed 3 minutters gang fra metro station. Personalet trækker op. Morgenmaden fin, aftensmaden (2 retters menu) virkelig god. Kunne bruge el lade stander på hotellets parkeringsplads, da dem på offentlig areal ved siden af hotellet var optaget eller ikke virkede.

The Manchester Park Inn is definitely recommended and a hotel in which I will stay at again. The breakfast is one of the best and the swimming pool area included in the price is a great addition.

Odd❗️Perhaps Park Inn can enlighten me.

This September 10th to 11th (Booking ref: XYRDUK0) and 11th to 13th (Booking Ref: XY4MGG8) I stayed in Pakinn by Raddison Brampton, Ontario, Canada but really disappointed by the customer service at check-in. I showed my booking references but just ask for my last name only. Then I told oneday stay I redeemed by my points but she did care even though she did not know about my silver membership(6015995789859104) just charge for the days. Even the room cleanness was too bad I saw one broken glass on the floor the next day I informed to customer desk as well. Thier breakfast at 8.30 am half of the items were finished not refilled and their coffee machine also not working. My previous stays in Markham Parkinn were a great experience that is why I select this hotel but totally disappointed. They have to train staff more.

Stayed at Park Inn by Radisson in York, for 3 nights in August.
Great location for sightseeing and parking underneath at a reasonable price. Room clean and very comfortable beds.
Very helpful reception staff.

Don’t forget the sign on your door before going to bed!! Woken up by cleaning staff standing in our room at 08.15 in the morning, checking if we had checked out, was unbelievable and totally unacceptable. Our complaint to reception didn’t even receive a ‘sorry’, the male receptionist just shrugged his shoulders! In breakfast we could hear other guests discussing the same situation regarding the cleaning staff & other reviews here and on other platforms over time have the same complaints. So the hotel is fully aware, but obviously don’t care.

For a hotel linked to the ‘Radisson’ name, it is desperately in need of a renovation. Several problems in the room were as a result of very poor cleaning (large spiderwebs & dust), other things need repairing or replacing. We were unable to get reply on the phone to reception on check-in day in order to complain, and the physical queue was crazy busy.

De var ikke klar da vi kom til check in, vi fik adgang til værelset 30 min for sent. Lige efter vi endelig kommer op på værelset og vil have en lille lur inden koncert til aften, braser der pludseligt en rengøringsdame ind, uden at banke på... Der er mug i hele brusekabinen. Til morgenmaden var halvdelen af tingene tomme, og der var så vanvittigt meget larm at man ikke kunne tale sammen over morgenmaden. Desuden taler det meste af personalet ikke dansk. Alt i alt en mega dårlig oplevelse, vil på ingen måde anbefale det...

We had an issue which the team had to resolve in relation to a guest, I have to give credit to this team, they did an excellent job on resolving the issue asap and ensuring our stay wasn’t disrupted. Bravo Maria, Maya and team who were on hand to take care.

Vi havde booket 8 dages ophold på deres hotel på Alexanderplatz i Berlin og i følge vores optik lever de ikke op til 4 stjerner. De første 2 nætter var der fuld smadder på aircondition hvilket resulterede i at vi begge blev forkølede - vi prøvede at finde ud af hvordan vi kunne skrue ned. Til sidst opgav vi og gik i receptionen hvor de sagde at enten kunne de tænde det som hidtil og ellers kunne de slukke det helt. Vi valgte selvfølgelig at slukke det. Resten af dagene skulle man stadig tro at aircondition var slået til for selv om morgen når vi vågnede var der stadig utrolig koldt i lokalet. Desuden elendige puder der var på værelset. Det meste af personalet var ikke imødekommende nogle af dagene.
Vi kæmpede hver morgen med vand der skiftevis blev meget koldt og meget varmt, så vi kunne ikke få almindelige bade om morgenen. Næsten hver gang de skulle skifte håndklæder fik vi 1 stort badehåndklæde og 3 små håndkæder til fødderne. Vi manglede i 4 dage shampoo/kropssæbe og håndsæbe. Flere gange har vi ringet efter roomservice hvor de bare endte med ikke at komme. Næsten hver morgen kunne vi uden overdrivelse stå 15-20 min og vente på en elevator for at komme ud af bygningen, da de ikke havde nok elevatorer til alle de mennesker der skulle ud. Derudover så vi flere gange sølvfisk løbe rundt på gulvet på værelset. Dette ophold er UTROLIG dyrt taget i betragtning af at det de hiver kunderne hjem på udelukkende for os er placeringen.

Stayed in Manchester branch for 2 nights. Lovely hotel with spa, breakfast had lots of choice and it was walking distance from the centre. Would definitely stay again

Booked one night, April 2020. The hotel closed because the covid restrictions, offered free cancellation and then proceeded to keep the money anyway. We contacted them a few times, all they have done is tell us to wait for the refund. It's been two years!!

Allowed to check in early which was very helpful and appreciated but after that it all went downhill. Arrived after a long journey to the room key not working had to go back down to get reactivated, got in the room desperate for a cup of tea the kettle was broken, phoned reception said they would send one straight up, waited 45 mins nothing had come phoned again promised one would be up nothing ever came which is ridiculous. Had two peoiple in the room and had towels for one person, little point complaining or asking for more as they flat out ignore you. Kept awake by a constant beeping noise all night somewhere in the hall i think it was. Shower head was broken and kept spinning when the shower is switched on so had to hold the shower with one hand to shower which is more awkward than it sounds. And a breakfast the filthy sticky floor was covered in spilt alchohol from the drinking the night before, would have said on the way out how unhappy i was but nobody bothered to ask when we left, will never be back and for the price the place was an utter disgrace

Non Happy Anniversary - we went onto your website and saw that you had a "Whirlpool King Suite" the pictures looked nice and so we decided to celebrate our anniversary here..... when we checked in there were dead bugs in the tub, particles of something un-definable and parts of the tub were gouged out. the attendant put us in another room that the tub was clean at least but the floor (in your "SUITE") was stained, the faucet was all loose / janky and the switch for the tub was hidden behind the door of the bathroom (not easy to find) the covers to the AC fell off when we oppened it up, there were 2 bathrooms 1 had a razor left in the shower from the previous people the other bathroom had hair on the toilet and a left over shampoo bottle behind the door from the previous people - you can do better and the house keeping staff needs to be retrained - I can't imagine that ANYONE would be happy to pay your normal $189 price for this quality .... the bed was comfy
