Seem to have went right downhill , I won’t be using them again now , every delivery seems to be over an hour now and on top of that they’ve removed the percentage deal from their app , so they are dirty dear as well now . So prices have went up and quality of service has went down . No thanks !!

Worst customer service and delivery service ever. Have waited 2 hours for our pizza and every time we phone they say they can’t get in touch with the driver. And they continue to lie and say it was delivered!

Took an hour and half to deliver and arrives ice cold. No insulation bag or protecion. Rubbery mess of cheese on a base that tastes like cardboard.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Papa Johns Morden (Order #81374387)

I am honestly shocked at how bad my experience was with the Papa Johns Morden branch yesterday. I placed my order (81374387) and ended up chasing them twice on the phone because nothing was arriving. When it finally did, it was delivered one full hour late.

And for what?
A stone-cold pizza with dough so hard I practically needed a hammer to break it. Absolutely unacceptable.

This branch is truly going downhill. I don’t know if the staff have changed or if management has, but something is clearly wrong. What a complete waste of money and a terrible decision to order from them yesterday.

Avoid this branch unless you want cold food, late delivery, and pure disappointment.

I would give 0 stars if it were possible. I waited an unacceptable hour and ten minutes for my order. I called the store five times, and during the final call I was standing inside watching an employee ignore the ringing phone while using his mobile. It was only when I banged on the glass he reacted. This level of service and the staff’s attitude are completely unacceptable and require immediate attention. I expect the store manager or franchisee to contact me directly regarding this issue.

Ordered many times from them, Got sent an offer via txt for an offer, followed it through and by the time it got to the basket it was nearly £8 more expensive. App and emails now deleted!

Worst pizza ever frozen pizza are better than this and arrived cold had to microwave again waited almost an hour

Eventually after chasing the order turned up cold and the pizza had a long black hair in it.
Tried to call the Hammersmith Branch and asked for a refund and was told basically to F Off!
Will be making a complaint to EHO as food not edible and had hair in the pizza

Do not order, quality has dropped off the face of the earth. Dominoes is far better, although even this has reduced in size over the years. It is a shame, for they have increased prices, reduced quality, and lost customers. I reckon that in two years, the company will collapse. As for the taste, i have never: the dough was tough, chewy and tasteless, the toppings where okay, but the sauce was abysmal. I have been ordering from Papajohns for years, but havent had it in around 2 years, awful suprise to see how far it has gone.

Always loved my pizza's from papajhons don't think i will be ordering from them anymore as they have gone down hill loads it comes semi warm to what it should be the pizza is cut like crap and have to recut the pizza and this has happened the last few time the driver had more then one delivery in his bag so by the time they get there order it will be stone cold, this is not the first time this has happened been last few orders other stores might be better of different but the on im my town is bad (Horsham)

Absolutely never again will I order a papa John's. Though it would be good at that price.... nope id of been annoyed at paying half the price for what we got. Delivery driver was the best very friendly

This very restaurant @ 273 Duke St, Glasgow G31 1HX has very rude staff. Check their Google reviews and seems they are known for bad services and no refund. You call them they tell you call in the evening at 5pm. You call at 5pm they tell you call tomorrow. I phoned today trying to explain to this Indian staff and just hangs up on me. Very very rude.

Very good. With a lot of cheese. And the Best is the jalapeño and the garlic sauce. They have a pizza filled of cheddar. I think its the Best pizza round here.

Very good pizza and price , 85 hovs moat lane solihull. Is where I order from. The staff are always polite and customer friendly. They offer great discounts and reductions for future orders. The pizzas are oh so goood

Hadleigh papa johns absolutely appaling service and when calling to ask where food was lied would be 5 10 minutes called again after 15minutes they then said the driving was just leaving and traffic bad. There was no traffic at all. Two complete different stories. Food eventually tuned up after 1hr 40 minutes and it was not very hot at all. No apology at the door from delivery driver . Very rude woukd not order again .

Last time we ordered from our local papa J's, our pizzas were 3 hours late. We were promised a refund which we never received. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience. Currently still waiting for my pizza that was supposed to be here at 17:30. It's now 18:35... And when I rang up 20 minutes ago, I was told it would be with me in 5-10 minutes.

Cold food, over an hour to arrive, sat in the cutting stage for 50mins. No wonder it was cold. Offered food to be redelivered but not interested in waiting longer. Needed to eat before it was the kids bed time. What was supposed to be a treat ended in being a terrible experience. Customer service abysmal. Lost me as a customer for life now

Papa John's customer service is horrendous. They outright falsify delivery statuses, I waited over half an hour after the food was shown as 'delivered' to even recieve it. Unbeknownst to me they had transferred my order to another store further away without informing me. Orders never arrive in a reasonable time frame and quite frankly you're better off using the time to cook a meal from start to finish at home.

In addition, the pizza quality is low. The pizza bases have become a lot thinner over time and they skimp on toppings. I've had pizzas with mushrooms as a topping and only seen two small slices on a whole XXL pizza. For the amount they charge, it's a ripoff.

Will not be ordering from Papa John's again and I would advise others also avoid them at all costs.

Horrible pizza, wouldn’t recommend

pizza turned up burnt tried to get a refund told me that they can offer a good will gesture of an order code for free pizza so I can get another burnt pizza with no topping DO NOT EAT FROM PAPA JOHNS
