Domino's Pizza Arvostelua 6 213

Ordered a pizza last night from Dominoes on Cumberland waited over a hour called them was told the pizza was sitting right there ready but they wouldn't have a driver for 30 more minutes. Then when pizza got here they brought the one that has been sitting there rather than making a fresh one. The cinnamon balls were hard as a rock the manager Rob said her was going refund the whole amount which I still haven't got, called back to check on it spoke to a girl name cocoa, she says they refunded me, still don't have it, and refund go on immediately with my cashapp, or it will show pending, all no refund. Called again earlier and the guy I spoke to was very rude talking about if I don't get my refund I'll have to call corporate, well I plan on doing just that, along with BBB and OSHA. I record every conversation I have as well, so if I don't have my refund by the end of today I'm contacting all these people cause my grandkids waited hour I'm half on their food only to get cold, old food, then for me to get talked to all crazy isn't gonna work for me so Dominoes I want my refund! Today

The company is a shame. Their management is one of crappiest. They bully people on a regular basis without any shame than wonder why the work morale is non existent. The management can't stand each other, so they sabotage each other, hold information back or block the processes getting standardised just because they want to hold some position in their wicked power play and because they are so damn uncomfortable with change. Then wonder why the staff is resistant. Because every single shift is different and they are fed up with having to change their way of work every single day, especially when are expected to do it in a less efficient way, yet they are pushed for unreasonably high target at the same time. Their so called health and safety manager is so incompetent that he lets people get forced to work with broken &/damaged equipments, very often without training. The maintenance is just a bad joke. Floor are flooded with equipment, no safe way to move around, people feel so damn entitled they don't look, they step in front, or worse, behind machinery ,then get surprised and angry why they get warned. They spent £6M on a machine that can't do the job because it's unsuitable for the environment and for the task, yet the GM blames everyone for the failure but himself. The delivery vehicles are dirty, muddy, their floor is wet, unsafe to enter, yet they push fresh food into them. The yard is in pathetic condition, disorganised, potential hazard in every three steps. They create such a volume of food waste that an immense colony of rats live there. But because of the burrows are just outside their fence, they refuse to act. "It's not our problem ". Seriously??? Think twice before you order anything from them.

Today, May 9, 2026, 10:00 PM, I ordered a pizza. The seller on duty who wanted to cheat me just gave me a Pepperoni pizza for some kind of top-notch price. He wanted to rip me off, but I clearly told him to give me a fair price. Then he kept the pizza for a very long time. Even though I had cooked it for him, he kept it and specifically delayed the pizza for 25 minutes. Even though it was ready and more, if I hadn't started screaming, he would have kept the pizza and this is very often the seller. He deceives people and doesn't give them pizza or demands extra money for pizza! The thief has been warmed up!

Boiled budgie wings that’s cost the earth. Paying extra just so I can actually get a sniff of cheese on a pizza. Consider Domino’s when desperate only. Bad on so many levels. Value for money is terrible, pricing laughable. One star away from total garbage and that is being generous

Changed all the delivery postcodes in Dunfermline we’ve been getting deliveries for 20 years here, so we won’t be buying any more dominoes plenty of other places glad of our money!

Very disappointing experience with Just Eat and Domino’s Portadown.

The pizza arrived burnt underneath and undercooked on top, making it inedible. I reported the issue immediately and provided details and screenshots, but my refund request was repeatedly refused.

What disappointed me most was not only the poor food quality, but also the lack of proper customer support and resolution. I paid £28.27 for food that ended up in the bin.

Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose confidence in ordering through Just Eat.

Our experience with Domino’s is terrible!
Order took over 3hrs to arrive (2 large pizzas and some chicken strips). Numerous phone calls made and not answered. Had to phone from another number for them to answer. Was told the driver was outside when he wasn’t. Was told I’d been called 3 time, but I hadn’t. When food FINALLY arrived, chicken was missing.
When complained to head office, their customer service was appalling, no customer care given. Said the 35min delivery is just an estimate! Really shocking! Will NOT be ordering again.

Disgusting customer service, you pay so much money for it and when it turns up after 1hour and 20mins and the food is cold - no refund do not use get a much nicer cheaper and with good customer service elsewhere

Total rip off £42 for 3 pizzas scam at its worst.

Ordered 2 pizzas, Italian chicken pesto pizza with extra mozzarella, and hot & spicy pizza, what we got was a pizza with a ton of pesto, chillies and it was vile, the other pizza just had cheese and a few peppers on. An obvious mess up on their part. I complained and was refused a refund, apparently they need them back, why? So they can bin them?? It's 9 miles each way to the shop, what an absolute cheek. Needless to say I will not be using Dominos again! A right p@@s take.

Website is awful to navigate, no search bar. Needed to get gluten-free, bit couldn't find any options online. Ordered for collection (figured I'd just take the painful stomach hit) and then see a gluten free notice in store. Wtf.

Spent 35 minutes in quality check limbo before the pizza left the East Kilbride South Shop (not store, reclaim the language) then the driver goes to the other end of town before delivering to me. Freezing cold obviously. On the rare occasions you get a warm pizza from here the quality has declined part of that is they don't seem to let the Pizza actually cook properly and if you ask for extra sauce they seem to take that as an insult and put less sauce on it. Abysmal service. When i was younger i worked in Pizza Hut, rubbish job, but put a modicum of effort in please especially for the price which is of course a total rip off.

I ordered a pizza for delivery on the app.
I went outside at the expected time and stood for 10 minutes but no pizza.
I checked the confirmation email and for some reason it was listed as collection, I phoned the store and for a further 10 minutes they denied having received any order from me. Finally they admitted to receiving my order but wanted to charge me again for delivery even though my bank account had been debited for the full amount including delivery! When I asked for my money back I was told that it would take 3 working days at least. 0 stars would be more appropriate

Ordered x5 14” pizza and several extra dips as lot of us eating for lunch . Booked a time slot and pizza were 41 mins after time slot , no apology , then no extra dips either which were paid for . Had already left the delivery driver a 15% tip . Rang gloucester and manager didn’t seem too worried about missed part of order and said they could’ve delivered but didn’t know when? Now waiting for my dip money to be paid back into my account , would I order again? I don’t think so , so unless I picked up , lost a new customer as can’t guarantee getting my correct order as it wasn’t complicated . We tracked the delivery and can understand why they were also cold and needed all warming up .

Je suis allé chez Domino's en Belgique, aux Pays-Bas et au Royaume-Uni, et je n'ai jamais eu de problème. Mais en France, impossible de commander la fameuse pizza épicée américaine, la pizza signature de Domino's. Je suis un client fidèle et très déçu.

Great pizzas,hot and well made.Driver polite and on time,warned me about chocolate on doughballs ,which were a huge disappointment marketed as cinnamon and chocolate, chocolate was plentiful but not a smell of cinnamon let alone a taste.£6 wasted.

The pizza was half raw, the service very poor. Hygiene very low. The guy in Eastleigh Dominos used a broom to clean the floor, than he prepared my pizza without wash his hands. Disgusting.
