Six commandes passées, autour de 100-130€, payées par PayPal, livrées par FedEx: aucun problème. Les produits ne sont pas toujours comme espéré, mais il faut bien lire les descriptions, en général conformes. La livraison pour la France est de trois semaines, on peut en suivre toutes les étapes sur son compte. Le prix des articles est à majorer d'un tiers au moment du paiement pour la France, c'est normal, les taxes et impôts ne sont pas les mêmes d'un pays à l'autre. Quant au coût du transport, environ 12-13€ pour un colis de plus d'un kilo venant de Chine... C'est plutôt peu cher! Par comparaison, c'est le même coût pour des perles venant d'Italie! Au final, de beaux articles à des prix imbattables, un choix incroyable, des remises régulières, je trouve que l'enjeu en vaut la chandelle. Je n'ai pas eu besoin du service après-vente, considérant que commander des produits au bout du monde implique qu'il y ait nécessairement un risque de désappointement, que j'assume.
Je repasserai commande sur ce site.

Everything seemed great with this purchase until the shipment arrived in the United States and the shipping partner LaserShip threw my package in the garbage after three days. If Panda Hall gets a new US shipping partner, maybe I would try them again, but a very sour taste in my mouth expecting my package only to find out it was thrown in the garbage.

Good communication if you have any problems. Very good value for money items too.
Delivery doesn't take as long as you would expect.

J'ai passé une commande de plus de 224 € sur une offre de port gratuit pour toutes commandes au delà de 200 euros. A la validation surpise +15 euros de manutation ! ok donc ma commande passée et payée, Panda me réclame encore 33 € à payer pour le port ! un échange de message s'en suit avec Panda qui prétend que le transporteur que je souhaite est plus cher... Je demande PostNL !!! au lieu de l'escrot FEDEX qui facture des frais de dossier de 30 € pour une commande de 50€.... A croire que ces deux là on des arrangements ... Facile de proposer un port gratuit quand on vous envoi par fedex qui va vous facturer en plus de la douane des frais de "dossier" exorbitants + Panda qui vous rajoute à toutes commande des frais de MANUTENTION pour des bijoux... Je suis artisan je fabrique et je passe de grosse commande, ou plutôt JE PASSAIS, c'est finit PANDA ils sont trop malhonnêtes, ils grattent l'argent par tous les moyens de tous les cotés , y a toujours des surprises avec eux...

Mi sono lasciata abbindolare dai prezzi ma soprattutto dalla spedizione gratuita.
Faccio il mio ordine e pago, impiegano circa 10 gg a preparate gli articoli, dopo di che mi inviano un messaggio che ci sono da pagare altre 87€ per spese di gestione pratica!!!😡😡😡
Oltretutto mi hanno tolto tutti gli articoli scontatissimi dicendo che non era possibile spedirli con normali metodi di spedizione...parliamo di stampi in silicone!! Sicuramente servono solo come specchietto per le allodole......ed io sono stata un allodola molto stupida!

Je commande pour une centaine d'euros. On me dit de repayer car apparemment vivre en Corse c'est plus cher pour eux... je paie 20€ de plus puis ensuite à la réception 28€ de douanes .... PLUS JAMAIS DE MA VIE je commande la bas ...

The very clearly fake reviews have totally put me off purchasing from these, would have been more likely to purchase if they had no reviews. Cant believe Trustpilot are letting them get away with this
