PandaHall Arvostelua

My favourite overseas craft/beads/findings supplier.
Great website offering a huge selection of jewellery/crafting options and ready made pieces that are easy to order from. Everything from beads in various forms shapes and sizes ,cabochons, settings allowing you to create your own finished products. Most options are on a 3 day turnaround depending on quantity required. They have regular promotions which they update details to you about via email.
Customer service is excellent and they offer great global courier options including for UK customers a competitvely priced delivery for lighter under 2 kilo packages via SL UK(UK Special Line) which I use most of the time

A one stop shop for a huge variety of craft products. I love using this website as I can always find what I need quickly - due to the advanced filter system. Customer service is excellent as well - with fast response times. There is always some one to help from the start right through until your order is delivered. I like being able to see the progress as well - showing me what has been fulfilled and - and if there is an item out of stock that happens rarely, you are emailed with alternative options. Great quality products as well.

Shipping to Greece is almost always within the 7-15 days limit they say. Almost everything has been exactly like the pictures online and overall happy with them and will continue to shop from the site. The shipping costs are the only thing that kind of add up but there are always coupons and/or sales so it's not that bad. Definitely try them out before making a larger order.

I thought the website was trustworthy because of a 4.73 rating but I was definitely wrong. First, my package was "stuck" somewhere for like 3 weeks. I became skeptical and kept emailing them. They told me it was probably because COVID. Then, after waiting an entire month (purchased nov 28) I received an email on Jan 5 telling me my package was probably lost. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Have many choice, good quality and gast shipment.

Great products fast shipping, Always enjoy when my package arrives like Christmas!!

Fast delivery to Denmark, thank you guys, just placed another order.

Very fast and a good contact with customer service.

I order often from here, they always keep in informed of shipments, and I always get a produce just as pictured in the listing.

Excellent customer service. Always so fast to respond and so kind! I’d say I’ve been very happy with 90% of the products I’ve ordered, and I have ordered many times. Thank you!

I have been using Pandahall since 2018 for my business needs. They have provided me with excellent pricing, good quality goods and good service. I will continue counting on them!

I have been buying from them since 2020, and they have been a life savior the delivery time is excellent, the products are amazing, the best place for buying goods for jewelry making.

I have been purchasing from PandaHall for several years. The products are always great quality and customer service is very responsive. Absolutely massive selection of products.

I have been working this past year on a jewelry business that specializes in unique stress/meditation/prayer beads. Pandahall has provided many of the gemstones, glass beads, findings and gift bags needed for my product at reasonable prices/good quality. Amanda has been particularly helpful in adjusting a few of my orders before shipment. I will definitely be using this company as I grow my business.

Excellent service and they usually solve all problems before it has become a problem.

I am very pleased with my purchase.... Good quality and just as described.... It also arrived much quicker than I thought, so a five star from me... I would definitely purchase from this company again. Thank you.

I've been shopping with Pandahall for years and have never had any issues. Customer service has always been great and on the odd occasion when I have had an issue with a product they've always taken care of it and left me very happy. 😊
