Nice selection of vintage band shirts. Appreciate the easiness of skimming through everything. For the T-shirt itself, nice fit and I love the weight to it. I’m more into heavier shirts and this hit mark.

Well worth the money. I love all my Other cardigans. I own 3 and will happily buy another. So soft and cosy and just perfect! 10/10 would buy again.

I don't care about the points I lose if I leave a review but I really like this company. A big advantage as a woman is that you can be rock and feminine with Other. Not to mention the quality and service. Rocking until the end🤟

Nice quality, perfekt print , was a bit hard to get it delivered but everything went ok, normalt the shipping is superfast to sweden.

Otheruk always give me the best customer service I could ask for, so polite and very helpful every time ive sent an email. I have loved all my items from there and I will continue to buy from them.

Great clothes, always something new that I want to get from here especially the t-shirts, jeans and jewellery.

I ordered a cardigan from Other in early June as a birthday gift for my wife. It didn't fit so I politely asked to exchange it for a smaller size even though I was just outside of their 14 day window. Other agreed immediately and confirmed the exchange. I returned the item the same day, tracked and delivered with a photo of one of their staff holding the parcel.

What followed was nearly two months of silence and vague responses. Each time I chased for update, I got another empty promise. Eventually they admitted the replacement item was out of stock and offered a refund but then never processed it. When I requested proof the refund had been issued they ignored me. I had no choice but to file a chargeback through my bank.

Weeks later Other tried to dispuite the chargeback by claiming they'd never recieved the returned item despite the photo evidence and delivery confirmation. My bank revieved the emails and delivery evidence, challenged Other's claim and ruled entirely in my favour. The refund is now perminent.

This isn't about one bad order, it's about a pattern. Scroll through Other's trust pilot page and you'll see countless customers describing the same behaviour: ignored messages, vanishing refunds and copy & pasted replies that deflect blame. Their responses aren't attempts to resolve issues, they're just damage control. They even curate their social media the same way. Only positive comments stay visiable while any critisism or slightly negative queries about an order disappear within hours.

To those past reviewers who were dismissed or gaslit by Other's replies, you were right. You just didn't have the evidence to prove it.

TL;DR Returned item with proof of delivery, waited nearly two months, no refund. Other lied to my bank claiming they never recieved it. I won the case. Dishonesty appears to be the policy here. Proceed with caution.

A full refund was not issued - I recieved a perminent chargeback from my bank instead as that was the only option for resolution.

I can't stress enough how much this response is just fluff. I posted this same review to their website and they haven't made it public. I can assume only 5 star views are selected and shown. If this is not evidence enough that they only care about their image rather than their actual customer service I don't know what is.

Complete scam. T-shirt looked nothing like the images, not ‘vintage’, not worn, no holes, not distressed, etc. Thin material, just like a cheap market £5 t-shirt. Print ed image was not even faded. Still waiting for a refund 4 weeks after I had confirmation of my returned item. Promised refund. Nothing. Impossible to get hold of by phone. Beware. Do not use this company. Wish I’d checked this before ordering!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I saw the social media glossy photos, and placed an order in July 25. One item was far bigger than anticipated so followed the refund policy and sent it back. Got email acknowledgement of refund in early August and since then... nothing. Sent emails - had a couple of responses from 'Max' saying how they'd look into it... nothing. I was willing to wait, as their emails said how they were a small independent, but in Sept messaged their IG and got an automated response - and my heart sank as it was the same automation as their emails and contact form. Also their ads on IG do not have any comments public... seems very odd. So far no one is answering any of my messages and I doubt I will see this refund.

I'd say yes, the clothes look great and I like the ones that have turned up and fitted, but be wary with buying anything that could be iffy on sizing (trousers etc) and anything too expensive, as this company do not process refunds despite their 'policy'.

Ordered two tshirts 8 weeks ago and paid nearly £200 and heard absolutely nothing , sent several emails and I just get an automated response … do not buy from this company complete scam !!!!

Ok so first of all my initial first order took over a month of be “ allegedly “ sent via Royal Mail only to find out after a week there had been no update on the tracking number they gave me , a then after 3 weeks of pestering them , they gave me a store credit for my 8 items that had been allegedly “ lost “ In the mail ,

I have then used that credit to order the items again to then have to wait another full two weeks for my order to be mailed and guess what I’ve only received 5 of my items that look nothing like the images btw

Ordered a leather jacket in July, returned it within their policy using their prepaid label. Return was confirmed received on 21st July.

Since then: nothing. Multiple emails, always promised "14 working days" or vague responses. Last message claimed they issued a gift card – never received it, never agreed to it, just want my money back on my card.

It's now late September. Over 2 months for a simple refund that should take 2 weeks max.
Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

I used to rate this brand very highly and have ordered from them for years. Unfortunately, in recent years the deterioration has been drastic.

Customer service is woeful, the returns policy is questionable at best, and there’s been a noticeable drop in consistency and product quality. I persevered for a while because I love the concept, but it’s clear the company no longer cares about its customers.

Sizing has become unreliable—I’ve had to return multiple items because they vary so much within the same product line. What’s worse is the sneaky introduction of a no-refund policy on certain products that you can’t try beforehand. That’s the final nail in the coffin for me.

Most recently, I ordered a Clash tank that arrived in a cropped style, completely different from all the other tanks I’ve bought. I was told it can’t be returned, and I’m not entitled to a refund. Sketchy.

After years of loyalty, I can’t support a brand that operates like this anymore.

As a customer of OTHER for several years, I'm genuinely gutted that I'm even having to write this review, but – after being shafted out of a refund for over four months with little to no communication from the company – I've been left with no choice.

On 28/04/25, I received my order containing two pairs of jeans – one pair seemed a different length and fit compared to the other, so I opted to send these back. As per OTHER's return policy, I requested a return and refund via their online portal.

On 29/04/25, I received an email stating that a return was accepted for the jeans. I then sent the item back via Royal Mail on 01/05/25 (which I still have the proof of postage receipt of), and got a “Return Received” email from OTHER on 08/05/25 saying that my refund would be processed in the coming days.

It's now been over FOUR MONTHS and I'm yet to receive a penny of this refund.

I submitted a query via their online form in the weeks following their "Return Received" email asking where this was up to, followed by multiple follow-up emails, all of which went ignored and unanswered. They did, however, find the time in June to email me asking to leave them a review on Trustpilot – presumably to bring up their rating following all of the one-star reviews from customers having the same experience as me.

Only after sending yet another email on 28/08/25, where I mentioned leaving a negative Trustpilot review if this went unresolved, did I finally get a response back, within a few hours no less (funny that).

However, rather than apologising and sorting the refund, I was asked what I needed help with (despite this being laid out time and again over four months) and was told – falsely – that "the team have issued a gift card as a refund". This simply isn't true as #1 – I do not have the gift card and there's no sign of it on my OTHER account, #2 – I have never been told that a gift card has been issued until now, and #3 – I've been entitled to a full refund to my original payment method this entire time, so why would I be given a gift card?

After following this up with several emails, I'm back to being ignored – hence me writing this review.

What's strange is that – credit where it's due – they HAVE issued a refund for a different order I placed back in July, but my refund from April is still unresolved.

Again, it's a real shame that I'm having to write this review, as I've been an avid fan of the brand, its clothes and its style for several years now, but this whole experience has completely soured my view on the company. I've given them plenty of chances to put this right over – to stress – the last FOUR MONTHS, but I'm still out of pocket, hence me resorting to Trustpilot.

In addition, the quality of clothes in the most recent order I placed is noticeably worse too – the material, fit and sizing is all completely different to similar items I've previously ordered through the brand, which is a real shame.

All of the above is meant as constructively as possible (despite my frustration), and I genuinely hope OTHER are able to finally resolve this issue and take this feedback into account going forwards with their customer relations.

Do not order from this site. Like many others i have returned 2 items, contacted them multiple times, no response or refund and they have received the items back.

Awful customer service, where you will send multiple emails and be deliberately ignored even though their website states “WE AIM TO RESPOND TO ALL EMAILS WITHIN 24 HOURS AND WELCOME ALL FEEDBACK.” They do not abide by their price match policy listed by their website either. Very disappointed.

Worst of all, the shirts are poor quality. There are itchy metallic loose threads all over the inner sleeve & waist seams of my shirt. I have never experienced this, even with a $5 shirt. Even when all these loose threads are cut, they still feel sharp on your skin & still rub against your skin. For the price point of these “luxury” band shirts, this is just honestly so unacceptable. This company feels like a scam. Just stay away.

*UPDATE - never received my refund as per their price match policy. Also wanted to mention that this slimy flagged my review for being "defamatory," while in fact I have all of the emails saved that display the poor customer service and this company's failure to provide service when I received a low quality, faulty shirt.

I ordered two T-shirts from the same range, both of which had the same sizing listed on the website. When they arrived, the sizing was completely different, with one being so small it looked cropped. Despite the sizing issue on their end, I had to return the item at my own expense and I’ve now waited almost a month for a refund.

The frustrating thing is the clothes are high quality and look great, but you don’t know what size will turn up, and if there is an issue, it takes five days to get a response from customer services. I’ve been buying from them size 2019 and always have the same issue, and anything I now buy is highly considered because of the issues if the item isn’t right.

They may be an independent brand, but they are collaborating with some of the world’s biggest bands and advertising heavily on social media. Being independent is not an excuse for poor customer service.

Even a score of 1 is too high ....what an absolute shambles of a company. I recently ordered multiple items in various sizes but had to return them all as the fit wasnt for me. I returned all the goods immediately and have the evidence they were received within the 14 day period to receive a full refund.
2 months later and multiple emails sent...no responses and no refund.
Trading standards is my next stop but save yourself time and money - do not buy a thing from this small independent retailer which seems to be an excuse for robbery.

Other Uk are a fraudulent and corrupt company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Their customer service is diabolical, they do not process refunds. Their items might look cool on their website but that’s where it begins and ends. The quality of the items is poor, they do not match the descriptions. Honestly awful brand, I don’t know how they still have a business - unlikely to for much longer.
