Don't buy anything from here, I paid $125 for a tee, no instructions for washing on the shirt itself (only not to hold near fire), instead it's buried in the FAQ on their site without including any instructions as to how to dry included so it shrunk to the size of a crop top, and forget returns/exchanges if you're in the USA. Horrible experience. Luckily I used my Amex and filed a dispute. Fingers crossed.

I purchased a Jane’s Addiction T-shirt directly from Other UK. While the shirt aesthetically looks great, the physical quality is extremely poor. After just one single wash, the fabric tore.
​When I reached out to Other UK’s customer service to resolve the issue, they refused to help, claiming the shirt looked "heavily worn." This is completely untrue—I rarely repeat outfits and certainly do not overwear my clothes.
​Additionally, I want to be transparent: I was originally directed to leave a review here by Other UK in exchange for a €10 gift card when I first bought the item. I refused to do so at the time because I find incentivized reviews unethical. Now that the product has actually failed, people deserve to know the truth about both the poor garment quality and the terrible customer service.

Appalling company selling very cheap clothes that aren't the size they state. I requested a return from the official returns portal and got no response for two weeks. I then had to send multiple emails to support where they eventually provided me with an address to send the items back, which I did via tracked delivery. They were signed for by them and weeks later still no refund. I've been back and forth with support but they either don't respond or just give some excuse about they're a small company and the refund will be issued soon. When will I get my refund? It's been over a month since I returned them. I've now been forced to issue a credit card charge back since it doesn't look like I'm ever going to get a refund looking at all their other negative reviews for not issuing refunds.

Purchased a beautiful Bone Fedora hat...hat arrived dirty...emailed for a replacement, sent photos. Completed the online returns portal...return authorised. Then absoloutly nothing! No email so say where to return to...no exchange details just pure silence! I emailed every day and absolute zero! Customer service is non existent! Its a shame as i love their clothes but now...im done! Dont make the same mistake ive made!

Bought a leather jacket, it didn’t fit so I returned it while 100% following their return policy. No refund, impossible to get in contact with their support. I emailed them pretty much once a week for 6 months, got a few replies where they apologised and said that they would refund me. Two years later, still no refund. So they basically stole 500+ euros from me.

This maybe the worst Customer Service I have ever recieved. They have had my parcel for a refund for two months. I note from one of the responses to a review that they implemented a fast returns process. However this is clearly not the case. I am now having to seek legal action to get my money back. The clothes are actually very good but in terms of getting refunded absolutely dreadful experience.

If Temu made band T shirts . . . except Temu would refund you.

I have previously had some great t shirts from OTHER - soft, high quality, well made and genuinely, originally distressed, however what they are currently selling is abysmal.

I waited 3 weeks for generically ‘faded’, scratchy garments that were both incorrectly sized (smaller that the same size previously ordered) and not made in the same way as described - the incorrect photos are still on the website.

I paid to send these back (unheard of for any decent company) and they were back with the company within the same week.

They are now ghosting me and despite the website stating ‘easy returns’ I have had to take out a case with Affirm to get my money back.

It has been over two months since I originally paid for the order and I have still not received a return - despite me only trying on one of the three garments and returning them exactly as they were sent.

Please don’t trust these guys with a penny of your money, they are selling cheap shit and packaging it up as something of high quality.

Ordered my items 5 WEEKS AGO! I have received nothing. I have contacted weekly and initially was strung along when actually the item was out of stock… then I was told that my order would be sent out last week! It’s coming up to another 2 weeks since that confirmation and I’ve had nothing. If I wanted a refund i would have to wait up to 2 weeks I mean seriously?? I keep holding on thinking they might finally send my items out but they have taken my money and done nothing. OTHER if you see this I’m not interested in your copy and paste reply, give me a straight answer about when the stock is coming back so I can make a decision. Also, why are you selling out of stock items? I can understand a mistake being made but surely you should then make immediate contact and offer a refund at the first instance.

Do not but from this company under circumstances. Like many smaller businesses as of late they have created an onerous returns policy to I assume maximise sales. You can request an exchange via their online returns portal at which point the process becomes a black hole. No automated email is issued providing return instructions. I had to contact customer service myself to find out where the return package should be sent to. I attempted to find more information via the website hit up no avail. No email is issued regarding confirmation of return being received. Once the 14 day policy for returns has passed it seems you can no longer track your return via the website. I issued the parcel well with 14 days with first class postage and insurance. You are left completely in the dark. I have browsed both the sale and full price offerings and there is not a single item this brand produces that is would make such obstacles tempting to undertake. We all that have independent or niche brand selling something so desirable that would put up with the less savoury stuff. This is not one of those brands. Leather jackets, vintage tees and sterling silver jewellery. Nothing you have not seen before and cannot find from a multitude of alternative options. Save your time and money, it’s simple not worth it.

Waited 6 weeks for an order that I haven't received. Asked to cancel the order multiple times. Finally had someone confirm on 15th July that they would cancel it - today (20th) I receive an email saying its been dispatched and if I want to return it I will have to pay shipping to send it back. AVOID THIS MESS OF A COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I bought 3 t-shirts during the sale. They take a little while to come (maybe a week and a half to 2 weeks) because they're custom made to order but I LOVE them. They feel and smell great. Nicole in Customer Service was really good at keeping me updated.

Awful clothing and quality. Bought. 36 waist after I measured my own and always been a 36 and the flared jeans were literally 40 inches. Meant to be slim and tight.

Took them 14 days to even let me know it was getting refunded but only after I sent three emails. Now have to wait another 14 “business days” to even get my money.

I also bought two shirts that the print was about an inch to the left of being central and looked so washed out.

Finally it feels like I’m not alone on this as many people share the same.

You might get one or two good sales with them but a majority agree that this company is not quite what they seem.

Shame as I really like there style and look.

The customer service was excellent, fast, professional, and genuinely helpful. They answered all my questions promptly and made the whole experience stress-free. The website was also very easy to use.

Bought quite a number of items from OTHER all fantastic quality, great selection of designs, and super speedy shipping. I’m really happy with all my orders and would highly recommend!

Je vous parle d’une commande que j’ai faite il y a 10 jours pour un chapeau que je voulais prendre en vacances et je n’ai ni numéro de suivi ni nouvelles et aucune réponse à mes mails . Je n’ai jamais vu cela, JAMAIS. Je vais partir en vacances dans chapeau à cause de leur négligence .
J’en avais entendu parler sur Instagram . Première et dernière fois que je commande chez eux . Et en plus dans ma commande il y a un chapeau , et au vu des mauvais commentaires je m’attends au pire … Franchement je suis dégoûté . Je pars en vacances sans chapeau .

The quality on some of the items are top notch. Being from U.S.A the shipping is fast I love that.

AVOIDDDDD!!! Absolutely terrible customer service. For the price you are paying, you would expect them to be responsive. I sent back a return, it was delivered back to them on 8th June but not had any confirmation or refund given. I’ve emailed multiple times and messaged on their instagram (they have been online since so chosen to ignore), and not heard anything back. My return was approved online, and everything was done within a timely manner from my side but ghosted from their side. Wish I’d read reviews before ordering and I will never order again. To add, given the price, I would expect the quality of the product to be top notch, but the fabric quality was cheap, the print was cheap, and it absolutely stunk.

Shipping to the United States was surprisingly quick. Excellent order updates. And I love my band tshirts!
