Gravel Shirt
Searched for a company that could make relaxed shirt type cycling tops for Gravel biking. Found Orionride and was impressed with the range on offer. Took a punt as mixed reviews but competitively priced. Two shirts turned up within 3 weeks and was pleasantly surprised and impressed. We are now in discussion for a custom shirt for our club!

Good Luck and good job

Everything are not as advertised
Everything are not as advertised, very disappointed.
Delivery: So slow, it tooks 17days to reach Perth.
Quality: socks-printing so bad, it's blur and worst than AUD1 pair of socks, cotton quality is acceptable.
Cap-Sewing is Un-aligned, QC bad.
Gloves-Stitching quality so bad, I assume it's not going to last pull out of fingers.Sponge is so thin. Material is very thin overall.
Overall, I won't dare to even buy other cycling apparel to try.

We sincerely apologize for the delayed delivery that took 17 days to reach you, as well as the multiple quality issues including blurry sock printing, uneven cap sewing, poor stitching on gloves, thin sponge and overall thin material quality.
This is absolutely not the standard we aim to provide, and we take your feedback very seriously. Our QC and production team will conduct a full review to improve our product quality and inspection process.
Could you please contact our official support email ： support@orionride.com with your order number and related photos? Our team will check your case carefully and provide a proper solution for you.

Below standard material and designs
Fast wicking tech shirts are way heavier and don't fit nearly as well as other, more main-stream brands. The button ups require a lot of maintenance due to how bad they wrinkle. Much better options elsewhere. (Poor quality / material comparatively)
Won't buy again.

Good communication (delivery from overseas takes a bit longer but they kept me uptodate on each step). The shorter cycling shorts are exactly what I needed and good quality. The tops were of a different material than what I imagined but cute and wearable nonetheless.

I keep on buying
My first order took 2 months NOT to arrive, a mail to the customer service and they finally resent my order.
The second order went on perfectly.
I really enjoy the shirts I bought. They are well sized, very light to wear. I use them on my commute back home from work (1h40).
I might buy other clothes from Orionride. Thanks to Eric and Anne.

Not true to size.
I ordered An XL t-shirt and it looked small. The tag did say XL so I tried it on. Felt like more of a medium size when I tried it on. They run small. I usually wear XL and never had that issue with other companies. Might want to start with a different t-shirt brand in printing. I gave it to my friend as he wears a medium and it fit him . He liked it, but couldn't believe that the t-shirt was an XL. 😞

Bike shirt
I recently ordered a zip up bike shirt from Orionride and when I received it, the bottom stiches of the zipper were coming apart. Since it is an area that would constantly be pulled and stretched, I wanted to return it. I must say that the Customer Service agent Anne, responded promptly and sincerely tried everything in her toolbox to rectify the problem. I am very pleased with the solution and will definitely order more from Orionride! Great company with great Customer service and fun patterns and designs! TY Anne!
