Bike shirt
I recently ordered a zip up bike shirt from Orionride and when I received it, the bottom stiches of the zipper were coming apart. Since it is an area that would constantly be pulled and stretched, I wanted to return it. I must say that the Customer Service agent Anne, responded promptly and sincerely tried everything in her toolbox to rectify the problem. I am very pleased with the solution and will definitely order more from Orionride! Great company with great Customer service and fun patterns and designs! TY Anne!

Shocking quality
Item is of such poor quality it is unwearable. Apparently, even paying extra for a return guarantee, this does not cover anything other than damaged or lost in transit.

I purchased and received 2 button up shirts. They were too small and I emailed Anne and asked for credit if I shipped them back. Due to shipping costs and other factors, she asked if I could just keep them and she would process a 15% credit off my order. Bad Shorts
The company was fine. The product I bought was not. I purchased a pair of the women's cycling shorts and they severely chaffed my leg/butt from the stitching around the pad. I will not wear those shorts again!

It comes from China
You should make it clear that the product comes from China - hence the long delivery time. The product is fine though. Not sure I'd buy again given the difficulty with tracking. I don't use the 'shop' app, and it wasn't clear which currier was being used when it hit the UK.
