Voici comment.
En avril 2026, j'ai souscrit un abonnement auprès d'Orange/Sosh. Pas satisfait du tout, je me suis rétracté par courrier recommandé et j'ai retourné les équipements de la même manière, en respectant chaque fois les délais légaux.

Mais les robots n'en ont pas tenu compte et mes explications n'ont rien pu y changer. On ne discute pas avec des robots, on obtempère. Leurs mails sont des injonctions sans possibilité de réponse.
Mes factures d'abonnement s'accumulent. Et le fait que je sois abonné chez un autre opérateur depuis mai 2026 ne les dérange pas du tout. Ils facturent, ils menacent, ils font peur. Ils m'ont même inscrit sur Préventel sans vérification préalable. Rien ne les arrête. Les robots n'ont pas d'état d'âme, ils ont tous les droits. Peu importe leurs erreurs et leurs abus, les abonnés ne sont que des pantins à leur image, qu'il convient d'ignorer ou de mater. L’objectif est diabolique : faire également de nous des robots dépendants et obéissants.

Cette mutation est en bonne voie. Dopés à l’IA, ivres de connaissances et de puissance, nous nous croirons de nouveaux dieux. Mais attention, en cas de problème, de désaccord, d'opposition ou de révolte nous serons déconnectés. Privés de savoir et d'expérience nous nous retrouverons alors à l'âge de pierre.

Les magiciens de l’intelligence artificielle et leurs commanditaires seront enfin les grands maîtres d’un monde déshumanisé totalement à leur merci.

Wat een miserie ! Ze krijgen hun eigen technische problemen niet opgelost. Meerdere keren dat ze hun systemen moeten resetten om het terug te doen werken. Nadat ik dan een heel weekend maar niet kon bereiken, besloten dat ik er voldoende van had.
Wisselen naar Mobile Vikings was veel simpeler dan gewoon bij Orange een oplossing te krijgen voor mijn terugkerend probleem. Een half uur later had ik verbinding en geen enkel probleem meer sinds dat moment
En nu heeft Orange me ook nog een extra dure factuur gestuurd, en wanneer ik in mijn app doorklik om de details van de factuur te zien, dan is er een “Oeps. We hebben een technisch probleem”. En nu ook al twee of drie mails met de vraag waarom ik bij hem weggegaan ben. Zo moeten gewoon dit forum lezen en dan weten ze waarom de mensen bij hen wegvluchten.

They did not even had the decency to reply after 10 days!

This lack of respect shows the true colours of the kind of work you might expect.

I just tell this so you won't say I did not warn you.

This service is sooooooooo expensive and is close to useless - you are better off buying a dongle or getting a proper home connection -absolutely not worth the money

Alles Lüge. Finger weg. Geliefert wird eine billige Plastikbrillr mit einer dpt Sehstärke. Wenn man reklamiert werden 50% vom Betrag zurück oder sich was anderes aussuchen für den Preis. 100% Geld zurück gibt es nicht.

Brillen bestellt I'm 24h Zeitfenster storniert. Haben nach 5 Tagen die Brillen trotzdem versendet wäre zu spät. Für die Stornierung gewesen, Annahme verweigert, wollten die Brillen wieder los schicken ganze Zeit von dennen auf WhatsApp angeschrieben worden Die letzte Firma Finger weg

Lors d’un déménagement j’appelle le 27/08/2026 pour un déménagement au 1er septembre on me dit que l’ancien locataire était chez orange et que par conséquent je n’aurais pas besoin d’un technicien. Grave erreur de ma part d’avoir écouter le conseiller au téléphone et de ne pas avoir exiger un technicien car aujourd’hui 05/09 jour d’activation de ma boxe fibre à mon nouveau domicile la boxe ne fonctionne pas. Je me retrouve à devoir attendre le 08/09 pour un rdv avec un technicien. Très déçu du service client déménagement.

In meinen Augen eine Betrugsfirma, Anfangs nett und freundlich aber wenn man die Brillen zurück schicken möchte meldet sich keiner mehr. Finger weg von diesem Laden

Diese Brillen sind der reinste Betrug. Funktionieren nicht auf Knopfdruck. Es gibt keinen Knopf und es sind ganz billige Lesehilfen aus billigen Kunststoff.
Rückgabe Funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Man soll noch etwas kaufen. Keine Reaktion auf Beschwerden oder Drohung mit Anwalt. Bitte nicht bestellen.

Gehört strafrechtlich verfolgt eindeutig scammer und Betrüger man soll Ware bezahlen die man nie erhalten hat der Support eine absolute Katastrophe

Alles, was zu diesem Produkt versprochen wurde, traf nicht zu.
Lediglich die Leichtigkeit beim Tragen der Brille stimmt.
Weiter wurde das Versprechen, bei nicht Gefallen Kostenerstattung, nicht erfüllt.
Nie mehr werde ich dort etwas bestellen
und auch anderen davon abraten.

Eine Brille mit Fernsicht ,Selbsttönend.
Alles einigermaßen. Fokus auf selbsteinstellen zum Lesen, absolut Schrott.
Es gibt keine Rückgabe obwohl es in der Beschreibung steht .
Das selbe bei einem Klimagerät.
Auf der Beschreibung mit Wassereinfüll Loch und Kältesymbol , ist bei dem Gerät nicht vorhanden.
Lieferzeit 5-8 Wochen.
Bei Reklamation gibt es nur KI Antworten ohne weitere Hilfe.
